Good evening friends,
We hear it every day. “Can you fix my iPod?”
We recently had a story from a customer that needed some extra attention. She lost her phone (set it on the car), and it ended up on the road and clearly run over and sitting out in the elements until she found it the next day.
Here’s how we received it:
This is where we work our magic. The sense of urgency to help is in or blood, and within a few minutes Lennie had the screen off and replaced. Here’s the “after” and the old part sitting next to it:
So even run over, sitting on the road, falling off a car, the answer is still yes…we can fix your iPod. Just give us a call and we can check it out for free for you if you’d like. Tayler, Robbie, Derrick, Cory, Sydney, Amber and heck, everyone else is there for you to take your call.
Thanks for reading, Ryan
Good morning friends,
Another great price decrease on iPod Touch 5 screen repairs that is effective immediately…
We’ve been able to procure better pricing on these screens so we are able to pass the savings on to our customers!
Our iPod Touch screen repairs have been on the rise; with the release of the new iPod Touch 6 from Apple (with the A8 chip and M8 motion co-processor that is going to be amazing for gaming!) soon there will be a market for iPod Touch 6 screen repairs as well. Those are “coming soon” to Mission Repair.
If you’re an iPod Touch (5th gen) user there is no worry and starting today we are offering a new lower price for you to enjoy.
Have a good morning, it’s starting off as a great week here at Mission Repair!
With all of the data that we store at Mission Repair from the hundreds of thousands of repairs that we’ve performed for customers all across the country, I can see that iPod Repairs USED to be our number one service in terms of total numbers;
But this year they have been surpassed by the iPhone repairs that we offer. We still service a significant amount of 4th Generation iPod Touch screens, and I think that my techs can do it in their sleep. In fact, we just trained Casey our newest technician to repair these yesterday to help break the monotony on the production line.
Also, it’s true that since the discontinuation of the iPod Classic by Apple, the demand for 160GB hard drives (the behemoth) has been on the rise, and the supplies and replacement drives are becoming more rare and expensive. Just a tidbit for those that like to keep 160GB of music on them at all times! Depending on how the music is formatted, that’s somewhere in the neighborhood of 28,000 songs. That should keep you busy for a while, but be sure to take care of that hard drive. Soon, they will be impossible to get!
Thanks, talk to you again soon, Ryan
Hello fans of electronics –
The “4th generation iPod Touch”…what more can we say about it? It keeps chugging away. Folks continue to choose to repair instead of replace these awesome machines and with good reason… they just continue to work! You could call them timeless. Cracking the screen will not render the iPod touch useless in most cases, rather, you just have to compete with shards of glass when perusing Facebook or snapchatting!
We at Mission Repair are in awe of the iPod Touch 4 “staying power” and are proud to be the premier repair facility for these great devices! Over the last several years, we have had the pleasure of repairing a countless number of these devices and we truly do not see an end in sight! There is just something about these that keep people attached.
