It’s beginning to look a lot like Thanksgiving around here!

Happy Holidays! They are upon us. I’m always surprised when Halloween is over and we are all talking about Christmas shopping. It’s starting to look like Thanksgiving here at the Arter house, the decorations and coming out:

This means that the Holiday Savings are coming at Mission Repair too! Every year we receive hundreds of devices that customers send in for repair – that are then gifted as “presents” to their loved ones! There is still a lot of time for this, and we will talk more about it later in the month.

Now we should start talking about the amazing specials that we will be having on iPad and iPhone repairs…with Black Friday specials coming (WE WILL BE OPEN SPECIAL HOURS TOO!!) and then the biggest day of the year for us…CYBER MONDAY (which is November 30th!) we will have an “all hands on deck” event that you won’t want to miss. Every employee will be at work and “on point” as we make it through the Thanksgiving weekend.

Don’t forget to check our hours as we will be open early on Black Friday…I can’t wait for the fun to start!!

Are you ready? Ryan

Yes, our Lakewood Colorado Site is scheduled to open. Now we’re on to Atlanta.

Hello friends,

We’re scheduled to open our Lakewood location on February 2nd, 2012; that’s a done deal. In fact our new Store Manager is finishing his training, and his last day here at the Mission Repair Headquarters will be on 1/29…then hes heading home to Lakewood for the big grand opening on Monday the 2nd. It’s exciting!

Now that we’re “locked and loaded” so to speak, it’s now time to move on to Atlanta. We’re heading out this weekend to the Georgia city of “Hotlanta” to secure our next Mission Repair location that is scheduled to open this Spring. Atlanta is the cultural and economic center of the Atlanta metropolitan area, home to 5,522,942 people which we will be servicing from our location shortly. We already get a ton of mail-in business from the Georgia why are we moving a location there?

It’s to better serve our customers. We will still be taking mail-in business, that’s not going to change. But now all of our Georgia customer units will be diverted to our Atlanta store, so shipping will not only be faster…but it’ll be cheaper. This is a value to our customers that is unparalleled. Not only that, we will have a fantastic walk-in storefront for anyone in the region to visit.

Mission Repair’s goal is to continue to provide the Nation with superior iPhone and Smartphone repair services; just as we have been doing it “award winning style” for longer than most.

Thanks for hanging in there. We’ve already received several emails form customers asking when this new location will be open, and I’m shooting for mid-April of this year. It’ll be here before you know it 😉

Take care, Ryan

Is it worth repairing that old iPod?

Good morning everyone-

The title poses a good question. And there certainly is a “breaking point” as to when a device is NOT worth repairing. There are a lot of factors involved and everyone’s decision is based on preference.

Let’s take that old iPod you have in the junk drawer – let’s say it’s a 4th Gen iPod touch with a cracked screen and you can’t get it to work because it’s cracked. You have a decision to make – because in this same example you already purchased a replacement iPod, are happy with it and it’s doing well. But you couldn’t bring yourself to toss the broken iPod into the trash but also can’t decide on what to do with it. Well you can have this repaired at Mission Repair for just $59.

Thoughtful business woman

Ok, but then what?

Well, since you’re at a loss on what to do with the iPod already and the unit has been deemed “junk”, and you’ve taken the plunge on buying a new one- you’ve got an iPod paperweight that just taking up junk drawer space. For $59 you have have a 4th Gen iPod that now becomes a great backup, gym pod, Christmas gift or a device that can be passed down to a sibling or child.

It makes sense to start a youngster on a $59 iPod rather than buying new.

Since you know that iPods are breakable, you don’t need to add additional stress giving a unit to a child that was full price, right? Are the possibilities making sense?

Frankly in most cases it does make sense to have your old device repaired. We’ve performed over 100,000 services in the last few years and the proof couldn’t be more evident. Give us a call if you’d like a no obligation quote over the phone. Just dial 866-638-8402 and we’ll be happy to take care of you.

Have a great day, Ryan
