Where to go to get your iPad repaired.

Good afternoon friends- I’m back from my short road trip to Mission, Kansas and taking care of a few loose ends before the weekend. If this weekend is anything like last weekend, we are in for quite a ride. It was busy here at the office and it doesn’t appear to be stopping!

I just received an email from a customer that asked “Do you repair iPads”. I thought to myself “If I haven’t made that clear, I need to work on my website and marketing!”. So then it hit me…maybe I should just let everyone know that we in fact do repair iPads once again. I’m sure it won’t be the last time you hear about it 😉

We can replace glass, solder the IC chips onto iPad Mini digitizers, fix charging issues, dock connectors, power buttons, wifi and connectivity issues…just about everything that might need to be repaired can be fixed at Mission Repair. Drop it in water? Send it on over!

So when you ask yourself “Where can I get my iPad screen fixed?” You now have an answer. There’s no reason to struggle with the issue when you have a solution, and it doesn’t matter where you are in the USA, we can even pickup and deliver your device to and from your location. It’s that easy. To get started, just click here.

Need any more help? Call 866-638-8402 and we’ll be glad to help!

Take care, Ryan

That Was A “Soft” Opening?

Hello M:R Nation –

Yesterday marked a historical day for Mission Repair, as we opened our first retail location! A lot had to happen to make this dream a reality. Take a great location with a very ugly “70’s” interior in the downtown area of Mission, Kansas and add a couple months of blood, sweat and tears by our staff and what we received is a VERY nice  second location for all of our friends in the  Kansas City area!

What was supposed to be a nice and slow opening, actually turned into a crazy, high flying, full throttle kind of experience! We really didn’t know what kind of turn out to expect, but let me tell you, we were in no way disappointed! In the first day of being open in our second location, we had the privilege of helping more local customers than ever before between our two stores!

On a side note, another great thing that happened yesterday is someone actually asked me, “what is a soft opening”? For the first time in my life, I was able to use my favorite movie quote of all time IN CONTEXT! Here was my response: “It’s a soft opening, to test the place before the grand opening. It’s kind of like an out-of-town preview, only it’s in town” (Oceans 13). I am still amped up about this!

While I was unable to be at the “Soft Opening” as much as I would of liked yesterday, I had a great view from our security cams. When looked at the front camera, this is what I saw! Now imagine this, but all day. It was a great reward for a lot of hard work. Better yet, when we see lines like this, we see all of the people we get to help!

So if you are in the Kansas City area and you are having issues with your iPad, iPod, iPhone, Tablet or computer, stop by one of our locations. We would love for you to be the next person that we help! You know have double the reason to no longer deal with broken screen!

I’m off to pay a surprise visit to our Mission location! I will be back to talk about our next big thing shortly…

Cheers, Troy

Mission:Complete! We’re opening Monday!

Hello friends-

It’s been a long road but we made good time…Mission Repair Express is going to open Monday morning, St. Patrick’s Day, 3/17/14! Yes, now I can look forward no longer painting for a while 😉

welcometomission

We’ve got some surprises in store for you, and we know that many of you have been waiting for us to open this new store. In fact, we’ve received several calls setting appointments for Monday; however remember that appointments are not necessary and we are open 7 days a week to serve you. We are at 5604 Johnson Drive in Mission, Kansas. Get it? “Mission, Kansas?” Yes, it’s perfect.

Mission Repair in Olathe is still going strong, but customer demand has driven this new location. We encourage you to stop on by and check us out. If you do pop in on Monday, we’re handing out $15 off coupons (no purchase necessary) for your next visit in the future (if you ever need us). Tell us what you think about the new store – what kind of accessories you’d like us to carry, what kind of services you’d like us to perform, or any other general inquiries or ideas are welcome.

So I’m happy to announce that we are on final cleanup and walk through this weekend. In fact, I’m sitting at the front desk typing this blog from the new Express location this afternoon and it feels great!

Thanks for your patience, the service lab is open on St. Patrick’s Day…and the party favors are on us!

Have a great weekend, Ryan

11,000 Facebook likes and climbing!

Hello friends.

This is my first breath of the day – it’s a rocking Monday here at the Mission Repair headquarters. I thought this would be the calm before the shopping “storm” that’s headed our way on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Ready – set – get your wallets out because the holiday shopping season is here!

So we’ve been fairly active on Facebook lately and just cracked 11,000 likes this morning. This is great news because the word is spreading fast and more and more people are talking about Mission Repair. I mean, we’re not Apple (that has almost 1 million likes I might add) but we are fans of Apple, and the Apple service specialists. You might even call us Apple geniuses but I wouldn’t want to take that title from the employees that work at the Apple Stores…we’ll let them have it 😉

Is this exciting news for you? Well, maybe not as exciting as it is to me, but it is a reminder to like us on Facebook so you can get the latest specials and posts that just might be of interest to you. It might even save you some righteous bucks on your next iPad repair.

I know for a fact that if you take a cracked iPad to the Genius Bar at Apple, you’ll be spending a heck of a lot more than if you brought it to Mission Repair – and we service the entire country.

Who’s the genius now?

Have a good afternoon, Ryan
