It’s a strange feeling, but 2015 is moving right along. I found this graphic on Facebook today and it struck me as kind of a surprise. If you count today, here are a few stats that might interest you:
This means that there are a few holidays coming up and a few time off requests from my employees that need to be fulfilled. Please note that Mission Repair, Inc. will be open every day until our next holiday off which is Thanksgiving, Thursday November 26th, 2015. I can’t believe that I’m already talking about Thanksgiving! It’s still early, but when I see that we are under 100 days until Christmas, things start to get a little crazy around this time of year.
So as we close up on a Friday afternoon, reflect on the short amount of time we have left in the year to get things accomplished. It’s been a busy year so far for us here at Mission Repair and for me personally as well. What will 2016 bring? We can talk about that in 106 days, on January 1st! Just in time for my birthday.
Have a great weekend, Ryan
Hello folks, this has been some time planning and in the making. . .
Mission Repair is now open 7 days a week! What’s the big deal you ask?
Well we have really taken a firm hold on our local market and with our commercials more and more customers a flowing into our repair center than ever. Yes, I know that there is a line a times in our front office and this is one of the reasons that we’re expanding our hours of operation.
What does it take to be open on the weekends? Well we need a full staff of customer service agents, technicians and shipping personnel to keep the flow of business going. Here are some of the benefits that you’re going to see with Mission Repair:
1. Open 7 days a week.
2. Live customer service representatives answering the telephones during business hours!
3. Live Chat on the website during business hours.
4. While-you-wait repairs performed every day of the week!
5. Shipping 6 days a week! That’s right, we can have you item shipped out on Saturday for Monday delivery!
6. Receiving 6 days a week! We will be staffed to receive any packages from UPS, Fedex, DHL or the USPS now on Saturdays to get your repair processed even faster.
7. Support, support, support. We are here for you, open and available.
Now, I know that some of you ask for us to be open 24 hours/day. OK, I’m working on it, but that’s really a different animal in itself. If things keep going as they are, then we will add second and third shifts as required. I better get some sleep now!
Alright, it’s time to change the voice mails and rest of the website to add the new hours of operation. I’ll talk to you again soon!
Hello folks, it’s true. . .
We are expanding our operating hours starting April 15th, 2012. WE WILL BE OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK!
That’s right, 7 days a week, closed major holidays. I would have opted to be open on April 8th, but that’s Easter Sunday – a major holiday – and while I’d love to be open 365 days a year we WILL take breaks from time-to-time 😉
We’ve got our staff in place and we’re geared for our new business expansion to start in April. We’ll be here and we’ll fix your iPod, iPhone or iPad while you wait and we’ll continue to be the best repair company as you’d expect. Why are we open 7 days a week?
Because you, our customers, asked us to.
Thanks folks, Ryan
I’ll tell you where. . .Mission Repair! That’s right. We are open on Saturday – every Saturday – in the event that you’d like to come see us and have the iPhone, iPod or MacBook repaired. We have a full staff on hand and we’re capable of our full line of services at our Olathe, Kansas location.
I came in the this morning and there was a line waiting at the door, so I know that you want us here!
Guess what, I haven’t formally announced it yet, but starting in April we’re going to be open on Sundays as well. 7 days a week just for you. We are staffing up now to release our new “we-service-everyday” schedule, look for the hard launch in April!
Take care, have a great Saturday.
