A typical day at Mission Repair starts at 8:00 am, the call center starts to light up with activity. “Ring”. We take a customer service phone call from a distressed customer looking for a solution to their problem: a broken smart phone. “Do you fix devices other than iPhones?”
“Why yes we do!”
In fact, Mission Repair has one of the longest line cards in the industry. We are constantly looking for new devices, sourcing parts and adding services to our website each day. It’s our duty to keep the website clean and fresh and make it easy for customers to get the service they need from the repair center they trust. Mission Repair, The Intelligent Choice.
Hello again my friends, the lights and sirens are going off here at Mission Repair- just as I finished my 9,999 FaceBook blog and hit “publish” we actually just received our 10,000th like on FaceBook!
So we are in the “5-figure” FaceBook likes category, and I cannot thank you enough for reading the blog and liking us on FaceBook. This social media outlet has been a huge success for us and we really appreciate the feedback and contributions that a lot of you provide. Why is it important to us? It shows that we are doing something right and quite frankly, submissions from our customers on FaceBook help us grow and expand and fix our problems (I know we have some problems, are we are always gearing to fix them).
So again thank you. Now that we’ve hit 10,000 likes we will start a new contest and giveaway.
Have a great November 1st, which brings us into the Holiday season so watch out for some amazing Mission Repair specials heading your way!
Hi there again folks, I just talked to some friends that asked “do you have a Facebook page for Mission Repair?” Let me help if there are any “would be” fans out there that need to know!
Click this picture to log in and become a fan!
Well, yes we do and we currently are nearing 7,000 fans and growing every day. Our page is being run and kept current by one of the best in the business, Melanie, that works across the room from me. We are always looking for new content, offers and specials to post to our Mission Repair Facebook page and of course we are looking for new people to like us on Facebook too. In fact, Melanie is giving our Facebook Store a new look that should be uploaded soon…
So the answer is yes, of course. We are prominent on Facebook and we wish you’d check us out there too because there are often special, coupons and great deals that can only be had by our Facebook friends so it’s worth the “like”.
Well hello there! We have been running an event on Facebook, and if you visit and “like” the Mission Repair Facebook page, and for every 3,000 “likes” we draw one lucky winner to receive an iPod Touch for absolutely free! There’s no purchase necessary and we love having these give-a-ways because it makes us feel great.
It’s kind of fun. . .we build our list of fans on a spreadsheet, then automatically use a random number generator from RANDOM.ORG to pick a lucky number for us. Today it was number 642 which was Matthew Hoover on our list!
Congratulations Matthew! Your iPod Touch is waiting for you! I noticed that Matthew is local to our Olathe Kansas Mission Repair office and he will come pick it up when he gets back from vacation. This is a fun prize, I mean who doesn’t want their very own brand new iPod Touch for free?
Listen, if you didn’t win, don’t worry. You will automatically be entered into our next drawing when we reach 6,000 likes. So tell your friends to “like” us on Facebook and someday it might pay off for you! It will for someone. . .
