We had an impressive amount of customers that came in on opening day (9/1/15) stating that they waited for this location to open, and it was a huge success. The move-in is complete and we are ready to live up to the “Mission Repair Way” in a new city. Open 7 days a week!

Mission Repair, Inc. – New location in Lenexa now open!

Hello and good morning!

It’s been a long couple of weeks, but the newest Mission Repair location is NOW OPEN! New address, new phone number, new services and we even have new furniture 😉 Here’s the new sign going in yesterday…Lennie and I braved the ladder climb and it was a success!

The crew finished the move this morning, and even though we are still moving into the space, there was a line of customers at 10:00am waiting to see the new place. Now that we’ve got ourselves in position (well, I don’t really have a desk yet!) we will be finalizing the move out of our location in Olathe after 8 years.

It’s a happy and sad day to see the old Mission Repair go in Olathe – it served us well…but we are on to newer and better things and we’re closer to more of our customers!

Check out our new location which is right off of I35 (just north of Costco!) and we’re here for you. Also – our business has changed a bit and we will be offering Brand New Phones with no contracts VERY SOON. Stay tuned, this is the next big evolution at Mission Repair!

It was a busy day yesterday for sure, thank you for your business!

Hello friends,

It was an interesting day yesterday, we are all feeling the after-effects of a busy day here at Mission Repair in Olathe, Kansas. Periodically throughout the day, I’ll “check in” with my other locations just to make sure that they are doing what they are supposed to be doing and to make sure to be a good “backup” for them as they progress through their day.

I clicked on my Mission, Kansas location and pulled up the webcam over there at 1:30 and saw this:

A line of customers with a few waiting for their repairs to be completed. I then talked to the Store Manager Jake over there who was in the thick of it.

“You should see the lobby, we are packed!” There was a flow of customers from open to close, and there was a large demand for iPhone 6 screens that I can see.

From a business standpoint, I love seeing this; however I know that mad rushes can cause delays and a bottleneck in the tech department. So today I’m doing everything that I can to make sure this store has all of the support it needs, and we are transferring a huge batch of parts to them as we speak.

Thanks again to everyone that showed up yesterday, and we’re off to a great start today.

Oh, and please don’t come into my office and try to pick me up and leave with me. I know i’m a Dum-Dum, but that joke is already getting old and I have work to do 🙂

Mission Repair is taking walk-in customers…no appointment necessary!

Hey all, yup, we love walk-in customers.  Our facility here in Olathe is equipped to handle walk-in business and our techs a “keyed in” to make walk-in business a priority!  We know that gas prices are high and we don’t want you to make multiple trips out to our shop if we can help it.  That’s why we’re performing many repairs while you wait (or while you go out and get a bite to eat).  There are times that it may take 24 hours to get to a unit (as we offer service on a first come first serviced basis) but we’ll be up front with you and give you a realistic time frame when we see you.

If you’d like to call in and set a time to meet, that’s no problem.  If you need us after hours, just call in and we’ll make sure that we’re here for you!  Thanks to all of our current customers and we’re looking forward to working with all of our potential customers in the future.  Please let us know how we’re doing!

As always, we are currently taking repairs in from all over the country.  If you’re not local to Kansas City, that’s no problem, we still give our “mail-in” customers the same attention as our walk-in customers!
