Mission Repair Opening in Lenexa, Kansas – Coming Soon!

Hello there blog readers-

If you’ve been following our blog, you know that we’re talking about our newest Indianapolis location a lot. In fact, we’re heading to Indianapolis Thursday night to have a final meeting (hopefully) with our new landlord out there!

There’s some more exciting news around the Kansas City area as well, and it’s that we’re moving to an amazing retail location just off of I35 in Lenexa.

In fact, there’s a Costco right next door to us. We’ve got a gigantic lit up monument sign that hopefully will be up and installed by the beginning of August.

So check out our locations page to see when we will be having our grand opening. It’s going to tie in nicely with our 1 Millionth Unique Blog Visitor that appears will happen in the next 2 months. We will be celebrating that too in a big way. As of this morning, we are at 966,074 Unique Visitors (check the counter on the right!) and when we hit 1 million we will memorialize it in a big way.

Stay tuned…and if you’ve got a truck we might need some help moving a few items next weekend. I’ll buy the pizza 😉

Thanks for reading, Ryan

I couldn’t have said it better myself!

Hello again everyone,

Sifting through my stack of emails today, I love reading the “good” ones that seem to rise to the top.

Simply put. Bob C. emailed me today:

“Just wanted to let you know that I received my iPad in perfect Working order. Your customer service, timely repair service and prompt delivery was outstanding. It truly was a pleasure doing business with you and I will let all my friends and associates aware of your organization and services. thank you again for a job well done. I wish you the very best and hope other business take a page from your business model.”

It’s customer responses like this that will ensure that we are in business for another 8 years. (We are going on our 8th year of business, sometimes I can’t believe it!).

Thanks Bob, we appreciate the kind words.

Take care, Ryan

Our SuperBowl Commercial!

Hello friends-

Wow what a blowout in yesterday’s game. Yikes, I feel bad for the Broncos who had a long ride home. Seattle did a fantastic job and have made Super Bowl history! I wonder if they will go two in a row? I don’t know, but they looked pretty darn good!

Frankly, I was disappointed in the commercials this year. . .I mean, they are normally a big part of the game for a lot of people. Our commercial this year was a little special – it was shot 100% using an iPhone. Have you seen it yet? Here you go:

There’s a “behind the scenes” video that we put together as well- it’s a great look into the making of the commercial and some fun tidbits!

Chad at Fathom did a great job on our video, thanks so much! These commercials have really put us on the map and we love being part of the entertainment of television. We’ll be making more commercials, thanks for watching, enjoy…

Have a good night, Ryan

OK, we’re almost LIVE on TV! Coupon code inside.

Hello there everyone!

I’m getting a little anxious now. We’re going live on NBC’s Action News tomorrow morning between 10am and 11am…we’ve got a time slot that’s sure to be interesting. I’ve got a special surprise in place and we’re going to repair an iPhone ON CAMERA tomorrow to show you just how good we really are 😉

We’ve got the best techs on the planet, so I’m sure that we’re going to knock it out of the park- at least I hope we will! There’s a positive if we make a huge bumbling mistake: it will be funny. There’s nothing better than comedy TV.

We’re going to knock it out of the park!

So if you’re in the Kansas City area, remember to tune into the NBC Action News at 10am tomorrow. If you miss the broadcast, not to worry – I will post it here for everyone to see. Whether it goes off without a hitch or if it’s “funny” you’ll see us doing our thing.

To commemorate this great LIVE TV event, we are giving 15% off ANY ORDER at Mission Repair now through Friday July 27, 2012. Just use coupon code “NBC” and watch that 15% disappear. But hurry, this is a limited time offer.

Mr. Arter, you’re on!

Hello folks, you’re going to get more of Mission Repair on television.

We’ve been invited by NBC (Kansas City channel 41) to present our business in a new production they are launching called “Kansas City Live”.

Mission Repair is on the very first show and has been invited to participate in a 6-part series over the next couple of months.

So we are to arrive at the studio a 9:30am on July 25, 2012 and we go live on the air between 10:00 and 11:00am. During the show, I’ll introduce myself, my business and I’m bringing one of my technicians to demonstrate that we really can fix and iPhone and I’ll have him replace the glass panel within 3 minutes – LIVE! The pressure is on!

NBC is so excited about our business that they are allowing us a multiple-part series and each showing I’ll talk about a different subject. I’ve never been on LIVE TV before so give me a break if I look nervous 😉

OK, I’ll be talking about this a lot over the next couple of weeks. . .it’s because I’m so excited…and a little antsy. I’ll keep you posted, and if you miss the show- not to worry. I’ll post the recording right here in the Mission Repair Blog!

Take care, Ryan

Did you see us on Fox 4 News yesterday? That was a nice surprise!

Hello folks. I’ve said it before, but we are in a real whirlwind at the moment. Our SuperBowl ads have taken our business to a new level, and I’ve promised myself that I’ll get some sleep soon 😉

Fox 4 called yesterday and seemingly before I hung up the phone they swarmed in with a camera crew and started filming our customers, part of our service lab and I got mic’d up for a short conversation. It was a lot of fun! We’ve made the Fox 4 homepage today online and you can watch the broadcast below:

And this is my good side 😉

Our social media has really been blowing up today and I hope to be back soon with more great info (and an awesome coupon code) from all of us at Mission Repair. We’re here for you!

Thank you to all of my loyal readers. Ryan
