Mission Repair scheduled to open in Denver, Colorado!

Hello my friends,

We’re happy to announce that our very first Colorado location is secured and we will be opening soon!

Will it be open by Christmas? Well, no, not quite.

We are just finalizing the details and it’s in an amazing location in Denver; it’s actually a suburb of Denver, in Lakewood, Colorado. Just minutes from downtown, Red Rock Amphitheater, the Pepsi Center, the Denver Tech Center and the ever-popular Sports Authority Field at Mile-High stadium.

As far as location goes, there’s not much that can beat it! The new address is:

Mission Repair Express
3200 S. Wadsworth Blvd.
Lakewood, CO 80227
OPENING BEFORE SPRING 2015!

The telephone number and official opening date will be announced by New Years Eve, as we have a lot of finishing touches to complete and nail down. Why is Mission Repair moving into the Denver market? It’s the first step to the master plan and we’ll be announcing 16 more locations soon. Coming to a neighborhood near you!

Thanks everyone, I’ll be back with more great info soon but very soon the Award-Winning iPhone Repair Center will be in Denver. We’ll see you there!

Take care,

Ryan

Hello friends- even though it’s prominently displayed at the top of every page on our website, there’s only one number to call if you in need of a smartphone, tablet or iPod repair. Remember that we repair all makes and models of computers as well.

Thank you for reading, but check out Lennie at his desk, making another customer whole again this afternoon. He’s just part of the call center cell that’s fully staffed every day:

14 pounds of pizza? We couldn’t do it.

Hello friends,

Last week was a heck of a week here at Mission Repair- especially since I was out of town visiting Colorado for new locations for our next Mission Repair Express. I’ll admit it; We spent a little “relaxing” time up in the mountains as well 😉

Every time I go to the Mile High area, I always stop in at Beau Jo’s pizza. Ever eaten there? Their pizzas are called “mountain pies” and are amazing. I’ve been taking my kids there since they were little, and ever since we’ve always put honey on our crust wherever we go! There are honey jars on the tables, FYI. Check out this picture I snapped from their menu with my iPhone:

They have a 14 pound pizza that is made to order – why 14 pounds? It’s because of the 14,000′ high peaks in the area…it seems like there’s no better way to pay tribute to the area’s biggest mountain tops! This amazing pizza was featured on the Travel Channel and you can watch the video here. You can even get it for free – check out the video.

Well we opted for a couple of smaller versions of the pizza which were as delicious as I remembered. We had our fill and only dreamed of the legendary 14er. Maybe next time 😉

Ok so I’m back in my office going through about 700 emails from last week – feels like 14,000 – and once I’m caught up I’ll be back with some great Mission Repair news. Thanks for reading!

Take care, Ryan

Yes, we have more than one location.

Hello friends and customers-

I was just visiting our Mission, Kansas store this morning and got into a conversation with a couple of our customers as they walked into Mission Repair Express…I was standing outside with Lennie, Albert, Wade and TJ discussing new potential signage on the front of the store.

mission repair locations

I asked a gentleman, “Did you know that we had more than one location?” I asked the next guy…and a third customer that ended up being extremely helpful and insightful on the storefront in general. However none of them knew that there are multiple Mission Repair locations with more on the way.

How is this possible? I did a little research and found that it might be a bit confusing when searching for us on the web to see more than our Corporate Headquarters location. We do have a “locations” link at the top of our website, but it’s clear to me that there’s some confusion with this topic.

You can visit any of our locations with no appointment necessary. They all carry the same business hours: M-F 8am to 7pm, Weekends are 10am to 5pm.

Stay tuned: We are opening a new location in the Denver, Colorado area in late 2014 and currently training for that location now! Yay, this is getting fun!

Take care, Ryan
