Mission Repair Announces Its newest iPad Repair Center in Lakewood, Colorado.

Hello blog readers, in case you missed the big announcement in the press that flooded the RSS feeds this week:

Mission:Repair, a long-standing company in the business of repairing iPhones, iPods and iPads, has opened a new location in Lakewood, Colorado with a successful grand opening.

Lakewood, Colorado (PRWEB) May 03, 2015

The need for high-quality and reliable repair services has grown exponentially over the last decade, and Mission Repair‘s long-standing reputation has allowed them to grow Nationally. Mission Repair started as a Nationwide “mail-in” service company for iPhones and iPods but now services most makes and models of Smartphones, Tablets and Computers as well. They still offer amazing mail-in options, but they have also recently begun opening stores in multiple states to help local communities.

“Ever since we opened in Lakewood, we have been swamped with local customers,” said Christopher Spiess, Store Manager at Mission Repair.  “Customers are happy to see a business that repairs their devices. We’ve already seen customers drive 45 minutes to get their iPad repaired instead of purchasing a new iPad.

Mr. Spiess, a highly trained technician hand picked by the Company Owner, Ryan Arter, is running the new location for the business.

Mission:Repair opened their Lakewood, Colorado location in February of this year. They are off to a great start, taking care of their walk-in customers while they wait. Additionally, it’s a strategic mail-in location with full service shipping capabilities so on a daily basis they are receiving all incoming packages from customers that are west of Denver. This has the makings of being a flagship location in the Mission Repair store lineup.

Mr. Spiess expects the location to be a huge hit, and plans to continue to help local consumers, schools and businesses with their broken or outdated devices.

Denver iPad Repair. It’s what we do.

Hello there!

Now that our Denver location is running (and running well), we’ve gotten over the “new location start up issues” that tend to pop up.

The newest Mission Repair in Lakewood, Colorado is starting to really rock as we are taking care of walk-in customers while-they-wait! Additionally, it’s a strategic mail-in location with full service shipping capabilities so on a daily basis we are receiving all incoming packages from our customers that are west of Denver. This has the makings of being a flagship location in the Mission Repair store lineup.

Did you know that we’re opening several new locations shortly? It looks like Indianapolis is going to be online next and we’ll announce that new location soon.

Until then, don’t forget that Mission Repair in Lakewood is just a short drive for millions of customers that are in the Denver, Lakewood, Littleton and surrounding areas. We’re going on 8 years in business and every day we see new customers that are thrilled to be part of the Mission Repair family. Since moving to Denver, we’re working with several companies to help their local iPad repair needs. Soon, we’ll have schools online for the iPad one-to-one repair programs as well.

This doesn’t mean that if you’re a stay-at-home parent that you shouldn’t think about stopping by to have your iPad repaired or to shop for a case, protective screen or laptop backpack (yes they are in stock!) In fact, our business survives on individual customers that are in need of our services. Stop on by, ask for Chris the Store Manager, Allen, Kevin, or anyone else that’s there – because they are there to help. Want to call ahead? 720-897-6297. 8am to 7pm Monday through Friday, MST.

Lakewood, Colorado Ribbon Cutting was a success!

Good afternoon friends of Mission Repair-

It’s Tuesday afternoon, St. Patrick’s Day, and our Ribbon Cutting Event at our new Lakewood, Colorado store was a success. Our team lined up in front of the camera:

And then I used those gigantic scissors to cut the ribbon and we got this action shot:

Laura at the chamber was very accommodating and it’s great to be part of such a HUGE chamber. It’s small businesses working together, and that’s what we’re all about. I’d like to spend more time here in Colorado, but it’s almost time for our trip back to Kansas. Yeah, there’s a bit more “scenery” here in the Centennial State with the gorgeous Rocky Mountains and the unbelievable weather that we’ve had these last few days; but the mothership is calling. Kansas here I come!

Talk to you again from Olathe tomorrow,

Ryan

Mission Repair in Denver. Open next Monday!

Hello again friends, as we wrapped up a few final details this weekend at our Lakewood store, we were able to slip out of the Denver area yesterday at about 3:00pm for the drive back to Kansas City. As I was sitting in the car, I snapped this lovely shot of Lennie just below our temporary sign that was installed yesterday morning:

Yes, we were in construction mode and maybe it’s not the “best” picture of him, but we’ll get a laugh out of it anyway. Our new LED sign will be installed in a few weeks, but until then you’ll be able to find us as we just got our Google + page and Facebook fan page built for this new location.

A few more days here in Kansas City and I’ll haed back with our Store Manager to unlock the doors and greet our new Denver area customers. Stay tuned and we look forward to sharing more get pic (not of Lennie) soon!

Take care, Ryan

Mile high- here we come!

Good evening friends – this time tomorrow we’ll nearly be in the Mile-High City of Denver, Colorado.

Just minutes from Downtown is the beautiful city of Lakewood – where our new home will be – for the next Mission Repair location! If you’ve been following my blog, you already know that the new site will open soon, and we will announce the Grand Opening date next week. iPhone Repair by the company that started it all in the Denver area? You guessed it!

The Welcome Sign just down the street from our new home on Wadsworth Ave.

Our last Grand Opening (which occurred in 2014) was met with a lobby full of people and a thrilled response. I can’t wait to see what kind of waves our newest location will bring to the market. We’ve carefully made the decision to locate in a high-traffic location with a ton of amenities around, and we’ve already made friends with some of the local businesses. Of course, we love making new friends!

This weekend we will be installing some of the signage and finalizing the custom lit Mission:Repair sign that will hang above the building that will be made over the next couple of weeks. As with any new location, there’s a lot to do, to buy, to install, to paint and to clean- but before you know it we will be ready for business.

This new location is strategic in a bigger master plan that’s to come. In fact, if you’re west of my new Lakewood location and a mail in customer, your device will flow to this new Colorado location seamlessly for faster turnaround and faster shipping. That’s designed just for our customers in mind.

So hang in there while my group of employes heads out west tomorrow…well, west from Kansas City anyway…to bring another great location to one of my favorite places. COLORADO, the Centennial State.

There’s only one catch: It’s my birthday on Sunday, and my favorite football team is playing on Sunday (which would be nice to see) and I’ll be traveling. It’s OK though, there’s no need to celebrate another “40 something” birthday; I’ve already done that. OK, maybe we’ll celebrate when I get back!!

Thanks everyone for reading, have a great night.

Ryan
