Is Mission Repair Legit?

Hello there again,

Since I opened the business back in early 2008, I’ve had this question posed to me a number of times. Where can I begin?

How about starting with the Better Business Bureau? We have an A+ rating with them and we couldn’t be happier. We’ve spend every day working on iPhones, iPods, Android Tablets and Smartphones simultaneously doing everything we can to make our customers happy.

Now, there are limits to what we can do…for example, if your computer was at the bottom of a lake for 3 days, we are only SO GOOD. But in all cases every repair that we take in at Mission Repair can be set up as a FREE DIAGNOSIS with NO OBLIGATION for repair. This means that if you’re not happy with our price, lead times, service, or the color of our logo, you don’t have to pay us for checking things out. Our customers remain in control at all times.

We’ve also been in business for 8 years, we have several locations, and we always answer the phone when you call. These are the basics when it comes to verifying a business’s legitimacy. Just give us a call toll-free 866-638-8402 or check out our website that holds the keys to most of the answers that you’ll need. Pricing is up front for screens, batteries, headphone jacks, charging ports and more – on the industry’s longest lineup of repair services.

Have a great day, oh yeah, you can count on finding us here at the Mission Repair blog as well where we have almost 1 million unique visitors. That must count for something!

Take care, Ryan

Superbowl Commercials = HUGE SUCCESS!

Hello friends, it was a long, late night last watching the “Blackout Bowl” for 2013. We were lucky, our commercials ran before the disruption and went off without a hitch! Never fear, if you missed the 2-part commercials titled “The Super Bowl Scuffle”, you can see them here:

The Super Bowl Scuffle: Part 1

The Super Bowl Scuffle: Part 2

Yeah, it’s been a busy morning. We we’re on 810 sports radio this morning and NBC is doing an independent review pitting our commercials up against the other National commercials today. It’s been a fun weekend!! Yikes, sales are off the charts and we’re scrambling to get our selves composed. I’ll share more news later today!!

Best, Ryan

KC Live + Mission Repair = TV’s newest hit!

Hello everyone.

It’s been a few days since we last talked. It’s already Wednesday and I feel a little behind. Let’s catch up together!

Yesterday was an amazing sight here at the Mission Repair base as we received and shipped a record number of devices into our service lab. If you’ve been following our blog for any length of time, you might remember that we instituted a new division at Mission Repair recently and fired up a new production line that is working well. The best part is that when the line is fully staffed we can run 510 repairs/day with extreme efficiency. It’s very nice!

I am under strict orders to not reveal any more of the stage and setup of the show than this logo. I promise it’s going to be very cool.

Additionally, I spent the morning with NBC Action News here in Kansas City going over our agenda and plans for the 7 part series featuring Mission Repair and our capabilities. In fact the first show premiers next Wednesday at 10am and I’ll be interviewed by the host LIVE on stage while one of our top technicians performs an iPhone repair on camera. It’s going to be a fun show.

I’ll post the show here on the blog once we’re done and I think that it’ll be a fun time to see me in action. We’ll see what I’m made of 😉

The fact is that I really like public speaking and typically I can hold my “stuff” together. In front of a camera? Hmm, we’ll see.

OK I’m back at it. I still have a slew of emails to reply to and if you’re in my inbox, I promise that I’ll be right there.

Best, Ryan
