Yes, we repair a lot of iPhones, but did you know that we have the best computer technicians in the industry?

Hi there everyone,

It’s true. Our “1 pound” devices seem to really overwhelm our repair centers at every location; clearly this country needs it’s cell phones repaired.

However, we’ve been on a huge run of laptop computers lately. Maybe it’s that time of year, just before summer break hits, but we are receiving more than average numbers of Apple and PC laptops alike.

The PC laptop market is definitely one that is tougher to keep up with in terms of website relevancy…and that’s my job so I’m falling down a bit when it comes to marketing our PC Laptop repairs. I’m working on it 😉

However that doesn’t stop my customers from calling in and getting any information that they need. At each of our locations, we have PC technicians on staff to help with broken screens, hard drive upgrades, memory installations and LOTS of keyboard replacements. I don’t know what it is about the keyboard on some of these Dell units, but I should probably buy extras.

So give us a call 866-638-8402 or shoot us an email sales@missionrepair.com and we’ll do what we can to help you out. Yes, we get calls about virus removal, about every Windows laptop needs it, but it’s good to make sure that your virus removal software is up to date. Go check that now, or buy yourself an MacBook!

Take care, Ryan

iChat- it’s a wonderful thing!

Hello everyone-

With multiple sites operating, and even within my own building, we use iChat with video conferencing on a daily basis here at Mission Repair.

This morning, Albert and Tayler up at our Mission Repair Express Store asked for a short video conference and I snapped a quick screenshot:

It’s a great way to stay connected to every employee and is truly an efficient way for us to communicate. A decade ago, I might have had to drive up to my other locations to have a “face to face” meeting – but now with iChat and my built in cameras, I can see things and check in on expressions, morale, issues and questions from the comfort of my desk. Thank you Apple!

Of course, there are lots of other video conferencing applications and programs for Mac and PC’s alike; however if your camera isn’t working correctly, you’ve got an issue from the start.

Remember Mission Repair if you find yourself with a failing built-in camera. Mac or PC. In today’s world, a camera seems to be most important (think about your cell phone for example) and is just as valuable in the office. We can solve and repair just about any camera problem that you might be having in our service lab. Keep us in mind.

Until next time, have a great day and I’ll be back soon.

Best, Ryan

Ok, settle down, I’m still here!

Well it’s been a few days since my last blog, to be honest after the Christmas holiday (we were closed Friday through Monday) we have had back-to-back record breaking order days over here at Mission Repair.

In years past, this week is typically “slower” for us, but this year it’s different. Like much different. I planned on our new office expansion based on the fact that it would be slow. . .there’s nothing like working around the construction workers with all the hammering and ruckus!

Here’s Scott answering 2 phones, typing an email, finishing an iChat and closing a sale while sitting in a pile of boxes – we are a little crammed but we’re remaining flexible:

If you call in and get Scott, you’ll instantly know that you’re in good hands!

Well it doesn’t phase us 😉 actually I can tell by the staff at the end of the day when the phones stop ringing and I hear a collective “WHEW” – that maybe they are phased just a little bit. The good news is that we are rocking over at Mission Repair.

Well it’s almost 5 pm over here and time to take a short break before the night shift arrives. Have a great night and I will be back tomorrow with some awesome business news.

Take care, Ryan
