Fun stuff happening in this month- and a free Laptop!

Hello everyone-

November is a lot of fun at Mission Repair…firstly it’s like a whirlwind because it’s so busy. Now that Daylight Saving Time has hit, the darkness gets here and definitely feels more like the holidays are right around the corner – which they are.

This month holds BLACK FRIDAY, and December 1st is CYBER MONDAY! It’s a long standing company policy that no employees can take Cyber Monday off – we need all hands on deck as it’s always the busiest day of the year for us here at Mission Repair.

What’s some of the fun stuff that will be happening? Firstly we’re giving away a FREE BRAND NEW SAMSUNG LAPTOP just in time for Christmas!

It will be a Samsung Chromebook XE303C12-A01US 11.6″ Laptop that is brand new! All of the details will be posted to our Facebook Page in the next week – and the giveaway will happen on the day after Cyber Monday, December 2nd, 2014. It will ship free to the lucky winner, BRAND NEW, with warranty.

Meet Our Newest Employee, Chris!

Chris is an experienced technician that has recently joined our team, helping out in Computer and Laptop Repairs as well as iPod and iPhone repairs! Basically, he knows it all. We are excited to have him and he is already catching on to our repair process very quickly.

Chris is originally from Basehor, Kansas, is recently married and has been doing IT work for 6 years. In addition to his IT background, he recently finished Firefighting Training and is currently working towards his EMT certification. When he actually has free time – one of his hobbies are classic cars and he is the owner of a ’57 Belair. Welcome to the team Chris, we are excited to have you.

We try very hard to make your repair experience as seamless and stress free as possible. This is actually something that we work on consistently. We didn’t set up our procedures 8 years ago and leave them to sit stagnate. We work very hard to change with the times and answer to our customer comments and complaints. This is how our shipping kit was born!

The shipping kit is a big part of Mission Repair and it too has evolved over the years. Starting out as a huge, bulky cardboard boxes, we have worked hard to slim down all of our kits to not only cut down on weight, but to use less material for environmental reasons. Check out the laptop shipping kit and the changes we have made:

We were able to cut the material we used in half and maintain the same protection as our old, bulky shipper. This shipping kit fits the smallest smallest of netbooks to the largest of laptops and protects your computer for its long haul to Kansas City! 

We are serious about both convenience and protection and this is exactly what our shipping kits offer! So If you have a smartphone, iPod,  tablet or laptop that is in need of attention, let us pick it up for you! You can choose this option when starting you repair order. Click the “inbound” drop-down button and select “send me a (ground/overnight) shipping kit”. From here, we will dispatch the materials to your doorstep, you package it up and call Fedex to stop back by to pick up your device for repair. It’s that simple!
