PLEASE! It’s worth the effort.

Hello there and good morning friends,

I wanted to talk about another scenario that is worth thinking about when you send your device into us; while we take in mail-in repairs every day from across the USA, there are times that the delivery driver makes mistakes. Take this package that we received recently for example:

No, there isn’t an accordion in this box, there was actually a Microsoft Surface 2 in there that somehow miraculously wasn’t damaged more than expected. A good amount of bubble-wrap took care of that.

But this is a reminder then when you send in your devices, it’s just a good idea to add “replacement value insurance” on your package in case it arrives in worse condition than this one did. We all know that things can happen, and our shipping carriers are not perfect.

Check out out shipping instructions page if you want to see what we really recommend.

I just want to make sure that your repair goes smoothly! 😉

Talk to you later, Ryan

Today we have special store hours at all of our locations.  We got up nice and early and opened to the public at 6:00am and offering a whopping 20% off of all of our services to our customers that visit us today!  Be sure to BRING IN THIS COUPON to receive the discount.  In years past, we’ve had huge success early in the morning, and we will close at 2:00pm.  Why 2:00pm?  It’s so we can still get your repairs done AND get to the Mall before they close down, so we can get our shopping done!

Remember Mission Repair’s 20% repair sale for all new walk-in customers today from 6:00am to 2:00pm.

We’ll see you here, it’s a lot of fun!
Ryan

(Coupon cannot be combined with any other discount, including Got Repair. Only valid today 11/27/15.)

Kansas City – if you need your iPad repaired, stop on by!

Good morning!

The Kansas City market has been good to us, and I wanted to make sure that everyone knows that we’ve got two locations to help customers with iPad repair, iPhones, Samsung Galaxy repairs, computers or iPods, we’re the business that has been around for 8 years doing so.

It’s a sign.

Hello there, good morning blog readers!

Good news about my new location in Colorado, and we’re now officially “Finished” with this site. The new sign went up on Saturday!

missionrepairsign

I know, it’s just a sign. However this is a new venture for me because normally our signs are pretty simple and constrained by the city in which we reside, or the building limitations, or some other factors.

My Corporate headquarters and flagship retail store in Lakewood Colorado has what I would consider a “real” sign that’s LED lit and ready for action!

The process is not an easy one; personally I take business signs for granted and don’t think twice about them when I see them. Now that I’ve been in the “sign market” for about a year ordering, designing and having signs installed on our Mission Repair locations, it’s a task all in itself!

At this location, the fruits of my labor have paid off, and we can put this project to bed. See you in the store!!

Take care, Ryan

200,000 people can’t be wrong!

Greetings friends-

This is just a short post as I’m looking through our database – we passed 200,000 completed repairs today. That puts us into a new category in my book. . .and reaching milestones like this at my business is just a fun way to get a little personal “reward” without asking for it. The numbers speak for themselves!

Thank you to all of our customers. 200,000 repairs and counting!

Thank you to all of our customers. 200,000 repairs and counting!

So who cares? Well I do, and for those customers that are shopping around for a reputable business to care for their trusty electronic device at least you know that Mission Repair is servicing real volume, and after seeing hundreds of thousands of cracked iPhones and iPads in the last 7 years, we have really gotten to know our stuff 😉

Thanks for reading, this is more of a pat on the back to all of my employees that have stayed strong and that believe in what we’re doing here at Mission Repair. It’s what we do.

Take care, Ryan
