The problem with mail-in iPhone repair solved! How about $0 overnight shipping?

Good afternoon!

It’s turning out to be a mid-80 degree day here in Kansas City and the rest of the weekend is promising to shape up just as well. That’s exciting news!

Did you know that we take walk in customers with no appointment necessary? That’s right, if you need your iPhone fixed you can stop by one of our locations, see one of our friendly sales representatives, and they will get you fixed up in a jiffy. What’s a jiffy? For example: If you bring your iPhone 5S for a cracked screen replacement, we can have it done, repaired, and back in your hands before you have time to run to lunch and back. Yes, it’s that fast.

But did you know that we also take mail-in service from all over the country? In fact, we service every address in the United States and have been doing so coming up on 7 years now.

fedexovernight

I know that there are issues with mail in service. One of them is that you want the shipping to be FAST. But FAST means EXPENSIVE. So how do we conquer this issue?

We currently charge $9.99 for return OVERNIGHT shipping via FEDEX on all cell phone, smartphone, iPhone and xylophone repairs. Just kidding, we don’t offer xylophone repair, just checking to see if you are still with me. If you know anything about shipping charges, you’ll see that this is an amazing shipping price. However now through Sunday, September 28th, 2014 –

Use coupon code “ONEWAY” to receive a $9.99 discount which makes the OVERNIGHT SHIPPING FREE!
It works for online orders or if you all in to 866-638-8402.

This coupon will work with any device we service and will give you a $9.99 discount on any service or part that we offer as long as your order total is $49 or more.

We’ve solved the “mail-in” issue since you can’t get faster shipping for FREE, why not take advantage now?!?

Have a good day everyone, Ryan

Gesundheit!

Good afternoon friends-

How was your Labor Day? I had a nice relaxing day yesterday…all except for the fact that my allergies to the pollen in the Kansas City area have been terrible. It feels like I’ve been eating OTC allergy medicine for my meals recently ūüėČ The last couple of weeks have been a little miserable, and it seems like Sudafed just isn’t helping any more at this point. So I’ve upgraded to the pseudoephedrine/cetrizine combination which seems to be working…

Summer allergies.

So I think I have the itchy eyes and sneezing under control this afternoon which feels great! I normally don’t have this kind of “hay fever” this late in the year; it probably has something to do with the climate changes in the world today.

Anyhow, that’s enough about my medical problems for today and I’ll be back tomorrow with a few great blogs. I have the ideas flowing. Did you see Melanie’s blog earlier today about our new pricing on the iPhone, 5, 5C and 5S screen repairs? It’s been a huge hit.

I’ll talk to you again tomorrow, have a good night.

Ryan

Well, this is gonna be hard to repair…

Hello M:R Nation –

Have you ever wondered what your iPhone 5S looks like under thousands of pounds of pressure? Today is your lucky day!

We are proud of our repair capability here at Mission Repair, but we know when to back down from a challenge. I think we will pass on this repair:-) However, If you have a repair need for your iPhone 5S that is a little less serious, give us a ring!
