iPhone Repair in Denver.

Hello friends, we’ve got a lot going on with our new Mission Repair stores, and in fact very soon my Lakewood, Colorado location will no longer be the “new kid on the block”. We are finalizing plans to place our newest location in Indianapolis (well, a suburb of Indianapolis) and are making plans to move in soon!

Our Denver location (which is technically located in Lakewood), has been buzzing lately, and we are in the final stages of getting our new sign installed. I didn’t really realize all that goes into have a lit sign built, this is my first full retail spot after all 😉 here’s a mockup of what it will look like:

So it appears that it’s on track to by installed and the official “lighting” ceremony will be sometime just after the 4th of July, I’ll be there to snap a few pictures and share them with you!

Until then, just remember that we are taking walk-in repairs daily at our Lakewood location and of course if you send in a repair from anywhere in the country WEST of Denver, your deivce will automatically route to this location. It’s working perfectly!

Thanks for hanging in there with us, we appreciate all of your business. We have customers now waiting for our Indiana Repair Center to open, we will be happy to announce it soon!

Take care, Ryan

it’s graduation time, and I’m not sure how I feel about it.

Good morning friends,

It’s starting to hit me that I’ve got my youngest son Casey graduating from High School, and today is his LAST DAY of school. In fact, by the time I’m done typing this blog, he’ll probably be done altogether…his last two finals were in Gym and Physics and he gets to run.

2015

Wow. All I can say is that I’m in a little bit of a depression because this is a life changing event. And I love my life the way it is! 😉

He’s got his enrollment paperwork for college, and he’s working through the summer like usual. However, he’s definitely in a different stage…and from a father’s perspective it’s a big change. I remember my last day of high school like it was yesterday.

Congratulations to all of 2015’s graduates…and I’m sure that I’ll tie this into a special here at Mission Repair in our newsletter tonight. (SIGNUP HERE!) I’ll reward all of those students and parents with a special to have that broken iPad or iMac repaired. Just give us a call at 866-638-8402.

Proud parent,

Ryan

St. Patrick’s Day is coming, and it’s a big day for us.

Good morning friends,

If you read Melanie’s blog earlier this morning you know that we have our official ribbon cutting at our newest Mission Repair location in Lakewood, Colorado in one week!

We’ve had a few grand openings now on St. Patrick’s Day. Firstly, it’s a fun day. Everyone can easily get involved by wearing green and getting into the spirit of the day. Secondly, our main business color is green; so it just kind of makes sense that we coordinate with this holiday! It’s also a sign of Spring, which is typically a good thing especially for those us that live in cold winter climate zones!

4-leaf-clover

So we are doing a little cross training and one of our technicians in Lakewood, (Allen) will be visiting our Kansas locations on Thursday, Friday and Saturday of this week to learn to “ins and outs” of the business. We then will both travel back to Colorado on Sunday to Lakewood to prepare for the festivities next Tuesday.

It will be a lot of fun, and you’re all invited. We’ll have snacks and drinks, along with some specials and discounts on repair services. Why don’t you stop on by to say hello and we’ll be glad that you did. The more the merrier.

Our ribbon cutting will be just after 4:00pm sharp and we’ll have several technicians and customer service representatives to meet and greet you. The last thing that I want to say is that we will be certainly running some super specials for ALL of our locations so thanks for reading, and I’ll be back soon!

Take care, Ryan
