Good afternoon everyone!
It’s a funny thing; there seemed to be a fad that came and went when we heard that kids “liked” their iPhones cracked because it made them look cool. I think those statements were self-defense responses because it can be a hassle to deal with a cracked iPhone screen. It’s can be a hassle if you don’t take it to Mission Repair, that’s for sure!
We do everything we can to make every customer experience an amazing one; I post a few testimonials here in the blog from time to time, but when you come into one of my Mission Repair locations, you should be greeting by a smiling face that’s eager to help.
Our pricing is on our website and it’s the same across the country at any location. Do you know why? WE ARE NOT A FRANCHISE…We show you what you’ll pay so you’re not left in the dark. We’ll typically have the part in stock or at our locations within a day; yes this can vary for some special order parts, and those repairs are rarer, but we’ll tell you up front about that too!
Then we’ll get to work – our technicians are the best in the business and just when I think we’ve topped out, the competitive nature of this group takes over. Derrick for example here in my Olathe, Kansas location repaired just about 30 devices yesterday. Do you know how many failed our QA process? ZERO! NADA!
Don’t kid yourself that an iPhone with a cracked screen looks good. It doesn’t. And it may even end up causing you more problems in the long run.
Stop on by or send it in. You get the same service either way! A hassle? NEGATIVE!
See ya, Ryan
