My name is Jake Bayes. I am the Technician Supervisor/Production Manager here at Mission Repair! I am sure everyone of you has forever been wondering who the person is that fixes all your lovely devices that you send to us! As much as I like to think I am the only one that fixes your broken screen we do however have a very talented staff that I give all the credit to! It sure does make my job easier knowing I can insure your device (iPod, iPhone, iPad, well you get the idea) is back in your hands in a timely manner. But needless to say, I am the person that makes sure we have the correct part and the part is here awaiting for your device to be fixed and shipped.

I have been with Mission Repair for almost 4 years now. I started in the shipping area and have learned my way to where I am now. For the most part, my time here has been behind the scenes and I have finally convinced Ryan to let me join in on this blog fun. Like i said before I’m sure you all have just been foaming at the mouth for me to introduce myself. I have always had an infatuation with repairing things and ever since I was a young boy I have been tearing things apart and attempting to put them back together. It’s been a great hobby of mine in the past and the best part about it is now I get paid to do it!

This is the first part of my new adventure in to the blogging world. I will be creating a weekly “Tech Tid-Bit” for all the techies out there that want to come and see something I found interesting that a lot of people may not know about.
