A little Glitch

Hello M:R Nation –

Yesterday we had a tiny glitch with Missionrepair.com that had a not so tiny effect. We were shut down for nearly 2 hours and working hard to get it back up and running. This glitch also derailed our wonderful blog as well. We found and corrected the issues and we are back to 100% now!

Were-Sorry

For those of you that we missed in those two hours, I would like to extend a special discount. Please email me at troy@missionrepair.com and I will gladly hand over a great coupon code for you to use on your purchase. I will set it to last 365 days so you can use it at any point in the next year.

As you can see, we take it pretty personally when something like this happens and we will work hard to make sure we are never out of commission again!

Cheers, Troy

Taking A Break

Hello Again M:R Nation –

I stumbled on a great scene today. It was two of our senior technicians Albert and David taking my advice from my last post and taking a break! The “new thing” here at Mission:Repair is actually a very old thing. The aforementioned David brought in his Super Nintendo and it has been hard to tear people away from it. Street fighter II Turbo is the game of choice around here, but I am trying hard for Super Mario Kart. I will hit up a pawn shop this weekend and see what I can come up with.

No, thats not an HDMI cable you see there.

While I would love to let these guys sit here all day and play away, there is too just much work to do. So they are now back at their desks working away on all the incoming Google Nexus 7s and Galaxy S IIIs. However, I feel like there is going to be a tournament coming up in the next day or so, so Albert better get to practicing. He got it handed to him by David on this last fight and I know Albert isn’t the losing type.

Its getting close to our Fedex pickup time, so its time to crack the whip and get these repaired devices back out to our awesome customers! I’ll be the one cracking that whip if you are looking for me.

Cheers, Troy

Samsung Infuse: Still On High Demand!

Hello M:R Nation –

We have grown to love many of Smartphones over the past 2 years and the Samsung Infuse is at the top of our “Love List”. It has been with us through the good times and the bad. It has never failed or faltered as one of our top repairs and we see no change in the coming years.

Released in May 15th, 2011, the Infuse is getting close to 2 years old (which translates to about 100 years in smartphone years) is still receiving the newest software updates and is still holding strong compared to those young bucks like the Samsung Galaxy S II and  Samsung Galaxy S III.

I envy the folks that can keep a singular phone for more than a years time. That means I envy ALL of our customers and most people in the world. I have an iPhone problem and I am not afraid to admit it 🙂

Let us keep your smartphone running for years to come. There is no need to buy a new phone just because you have a little crack in yours, send it on over to Missionrepair.com and let us fix it up for ya! Just ask the MANY Samsung Infuse owners that have used our services, they’ll tell you whats up 🙂

Cheers, Troy

BIG Price Drop: Samsung Galaxy S III Glass and LCD Screen Repairs!

Hello M:R Nation –

I have some ENORMOUS news to tell you about today! Over the past few weeks we have been discussing the Samsung Galaxy S III quite often, and with good reason. Its an awesome phone! We go through many different steps when bringing on a new service and this on is almost there. We have all of our repair procedures down, marketing plan in place and a solid group of vendors. But something is just not right here…

Even upside down this thing looks awesome!

Ah yes, THE PRICE! What an ugly price $339 is. So through many hours of negations and slight jabs to our vendors, we have been able to get our cost of the screen lowered by $100.00 and typical Mission Repair fashion, we are passing all of this discount to you, our customers. Sure, we could split the difference, drop it by $50.00 and make a great profit… but thats just not right and its not our style.

We loath when people have to go crawling back their carrier or direct to the manufacturer and pay full price for a phone they just bought and/or thought it was going to last for years. This is why we are in this business. To give people a choice, and Mission Repair is dang sure “The Intelligent Choice” ! So starting this very second, the Samsung Galaxy S III Glass and LCD Screen Repairs are now $100 lower @ $239 and we are working hard to get it lower!

You can start your order today by clicking the following links and please, enjoy the savings from your friends at Missionrepair.com

Galaxy S III? Yeah, We Repair That!

Good Morning M:R Nation –

We are still in the middle of a Samsung Stratosphere whirlwind. We are busy processing all of the orders coming through and I don’t see it letting up any time soon. So I have to make time to talk about another Samsung product that is starting to gain traction within our walls. We have talked briefly about the Samsung Galaxy S III in the past, but I wanted to bring it back to the forefront today for a few moments.

Samsung currently has a great marketing campaign for the Galaxy S III that is taking hard shots at Apple and I for one really enjoy it. While I will likely never make the switch from my IOS based device to an android based device, this marketing and the awesomeness of the Galaxy S III has got me thinking 🙂 The Galaxy S III is really the only the other phone in the market that can compete with any thing Apple has done and is actually winning over some long time Apple fans.

So where am I going with this? Well that “other” phone everyone is talking about, Yeah, We Repair That! We have only repaired this on a first come first serve basis in the past, but we have acquired enough stock on both white and blue screens that we are now confident enough to sell these in an unlimited capacity! Come one, come all!

So go ahead and click here: Samsung Galaxy S III (blue) Glass and LCD Screen Repair or here: Samsung Galaxy S III (white) Glass and LCD Screen Repair (You know you want to:-) ) and get your order started right now!
