It’s beginning to look a lot like Thanksgiving around here!

Happy Holidays! They are upon us. I’m always surprised when Halloween is over and we are all talking about Christmas shopping. It’s starting to look like Thanksgiving here at the Arter house, the decorations and coming out:

This means that the Holiday Savings are coming at Mission Repair too! Every year we receive hundreds of devices that customers send in for repair – that are then gifted as “presents” to their loved ones! There is still a lot of time for this, and we will talk more about it later in the month.

Now we should start talking about the amazing specials that we will be having on iPad and iPhone repairs…with Black Friday specials coming (WE WILL BE OPEN SPECIAL HOURS TOO!!) and then the biggest day of the year for us…CYBER MONDAY (which is November 30th!) we will have an “all hands on deck” event that you won’t want to miss. Every employee will be at work and “on point” as we make it through the Thanksgiving weekend.

Cyber Monday – I need a break!

Hello friends,

It was a great weekend at the Arter house having Thanksgiving- then we went on a luminary walk at the Overland Park Arboretum with my good friends Tony and Amy, decorated the house for Christmas, then got to watch some amazing football games yesterday. It was a great relaxing weekend that was much needed!

Well then it started here at work. Every Cyber Monday for the last 6 years has been amazing. Just a lobby full of people, the website rocking orders, and the technicians FLYING down our production line getting repairs done and out. I just looked over at our shipping department and the crew is sweating. Literally. This where we separate the men from the boys! I need a break from the action 😉 Maybe I’m getting a little weak?

Here’s Derek in shipping taking a short break before he gets to his next rack of boxes. Looks relaxing, huh? Maybe I should get him a chair? No way!

These days at the office are fun because I blink my eyes and it’s already 4:15 in the afternoon. The other fun part is that we’ve already smashed last year’s Cyber Monday sales numbers and we still have 7 hours and 45 minutes left in this amazing shopping day.
