Does Mission Repair fix my tablet?

Hello friends- after taking a few calls this afternoon, it’s obvious that we need to talk about the extensive line card we offer.

I mean, we’re not just an Apple repair center. Yes, it’s true that we do repair a full line of Apple and Mac products and we love to service the Apple line; every day we receive referrals from our local Apple stores and we feel like we’re an integral part of keeping thousands of Apple products alive each month. However there are so many different manufacturers and brands that we service sometimes it’s hard to keep up, I know!

What we can do is keep reaching out to our customers to tell you about all of the different products we service. Why is this important? Well I know for a fact that we aren’t reaching even a fraction of the demand that out there because on a minute-to-minute basis we hear “Hello there! Do you repair my model of tablet?”

In most cases, the answer is YES! We service Apple iPads PLUS Iconia tablets, Eee Pad Tablets, Kindle Tablets, Samsung Galaxy Tablets, Galaxy Note Tablets, Xoom, Jetstream, Flyer, Playbook, and Kurio. Microsoft Surface tablets? Yes! Toshiba tablets? Yes! Getting the idea?

We are not just an Apple Service Center. Another great thing about Mission Repair? If you DON’T see your device listed, give us a call and we’ll find a solution for you if possible. We don’t want to tell you “no” if it’s possible to give you a “yes”.

Thanks friends, I’ll be back soon.

Santa is coming. Should I be embarrassed?

So my wife emailed me this afternoon- and I’m not sure what to think about it.

Screen Shot 2013-12-09 at 4.12.15 PM

These are my dogs. The one on the floor, our male “Shadow” and the female in Santa’s lap “Layla” are our babies, there’s no question. But I’m feeling something is a little off seeing my dogs sitting there with the red-suited-white-bearded stranger.

I mean, Shadow is a protection dog and will not hesitate to attack a stranger when needed. I guess I wasn’t there for this session, so he didn’t feel the need to “protect” me, but seeing him next to Santa somehow diminishes his masculinity to me. I mean, this dog is amazing, well trained and prideful. In this picture he seems a bit defeated. Truthfully I’m not sure what I’m actually feeling right now 😉

Furthermore, Layla is a “scaredy-dog” and I can’t even imagine what it took to get her to sit in this Santa’s lap. I don’t know. Half of me wants to delete this pic so I never have to see it again. The other half says “what’s the harm”, it’s the holiday season and it’s cute. I guess.

So here’s to the amazing amount of funny, laughable, cute and amazing pictures we’re going to witness this holiday season. I think this pic deserves a special discount dedicated just for it on our Mission Repair website. Here it is: use coupon code “funnysanta” when checking out online and receive 13% off of any repair we offer between for the 2013 holiday season. Coupon code expires on Christmas, 12/25/13 so act fast!

Have a funny Santa pic of your own? Email it to “sales@missionrepair.com” and we’ll take off an additional 5% off of your repair just for participating. Maybe I’ll even write a blog about your pic…we’ll see!

Take care, talk to you again soon, Ryan

Do you need a reliable repair center for your business or school?

Hello folks, it’s no secret that Mission Repair is a leader in iPad repair. In fact, we’ve received the “Gold Award” from the independent TopTenReviews.com 4 years in a row, for the best iPhone repair website on the internet! We directly reach thousands of customers each month and perform services like no other business on the planet by offering the best overnight shipping rates, amazing repair prices and the best LIFETIME warranties available. I mean the “best available” because we invented them! See our GOT REPAIR program details 😉

What makes Mission Repair even more unique is the sheer number of customers that we indirectly reach. We provide service options to over 100 other small businesses, schools and large retailers as a True 3rd Party Depot Repair Center.

You may have noticed that iPod or iPad repair was available at a retailer or online, or even in your hometown – and we have partnerships with businesses like these to perform their repairs while they make the money! All they need to do it take advantage of their location and offer the same services we offer. We give deep discounts to large volume dealers and everyone wins. . .especially the customer.

Additionally, we are giving deep discounts to schools and Government agencies that require ongoing service contracts and repairs for the 1:1 programs that are being adopted across the nation. Why pay for insurance that you may never use when we can show you how it’s going to be much less expensive by signing a Mission Repair Service Contract.

We have really stepped up our Dealer communications (we now have a toll-free dealer hotline!) that is available to all dealers that are on contract with Mission Repair. This was born out of necessity as the calls just keep coming in. Our dealer service department is staffed and ready to take on the world – one iPod repair at a time 😉 Give us a call!

The key to success!

Hello everyone, here’s a pic of Kim (in sales) entering our Service Lab:

Notice that she’s holding a key card with a smile? We just had our new security system installed and there’s a reason that I’m blogging about it.

I want all of my customers to know that when you use Mission Repair, we are doing everything we can to make sure that your device (and data) are safe. We have a very secure building with night-vision cameras, state of the art security system, time lock solid-core security doors, a key-card entry system (with a sensor on every door – except for the bathrooms!) and even a locked secure cage that keeps your device secure in the event that it needs to spend the night at our service lab. I’ve also got a few other goodies installed that keep me comfortable when we’re away, I’ll keep these surprises to myself 😉 We can even track the movements of our employees within the business to see who is where at all times. Is it “Big Brother Watching”? No. It’s the smart thing to do and it keeps us all accountable!

Why do we do all of this? It’s for peace of mind. We’ve never had to deal with a burglary or break in at our repair center (KNOCK ON WOOD!) and our customers like knowing that we’re not just some fancy website without the operations to back up our business. Keeping our customer units safe and secure is a top priority while we have possession, period.

It’s one more Reason to trust Mission Repair with your broken iPad or MacBook Repair. We’re the Intelligent Choice.

Take care, Ryan

Mission Repair is in the tablet repair market. iPad 2 repairs all day long!

So it’s nothing new that we repair and service iPads. I’ve been repairing Apple products since 1994 so when the iPad showed up on the market (and of course I bought one) we immediately started the iPad repair market off on the right foot. On 2/1/10 we posted (even before the first iPad came out) about a camera that was going to be in the iPad 2. We were right. You can see that original blog here.

We then launched into the Kindle repair market. We do well here, but since Amazon dropped the price of the Kindle that market is tough for a repair center- nevertheless we receive Kindles daily.

Recently we jumped into the Samsung Galaxy Tab services market with overwhelming success. We are now getting into the rhythm of repairing the Samsung products (Including many Samsung Cell Phones) and these are quickly becoming a staple in our repair lineup.

Now we’ve got the iPad 2 arriving soon – Apple has set a release date of 3/11/11. We need to be on the ball here, so we’ve populated our site with every anticipated iPad 2 service we can think of so we can be ready. It’s almost a certainty that we’ll get a call about a dropped iPad 2 the very day they are released. Sad, but true.

So we’ve modified our site and added a “Tablet Repair” category on the left navigation bar as well as on the center of the home page. I feel like establishing Mission Repair as the leader in Tablet Repair is the smart thing to do as our customers demand that we stay on top of our game.

I’m here for ya, have a great weekend.

Best, Ryan
