Happy Anniversary Mission Repair! 6 years strong!

Hello friends, it’s a great day at Mission Repair.

This is no April Fool’s joke, we are celebrating our company anniversary today with some amazing cake and ice cream like we have been doing for years. It’s Mission Repair’s birthday so why not live a little, right? My diet can wait 😉

What’s it like running a business year after year? Well, I can honestly tell you that I’m still learning something new every day while growing and adding value to the business as it progresses. I often get asked “how many repairs does Mission Repair perform?” Well, I guard a lot of that business information carefully as the sole owner, but I can share that we have hundreds of thousands of repairs completed since we opened our doors in 2008. I tell you this because in this day and age it’s tough to gauge what size a business is solely from a website. Whether that impresses you or not, at least you know a little about us, and you’re always welcome to walk into one of our locations for help!

Today is a time for me personally to reflect on the life as an owner / operator and enjoy what can be accomplished with a ton of hard work. Truth be told, he highs are “high” and the lows are “low” but the strong survive. We’re still here!

One Last Hurrah?!?

Hello M:R Nation –

We are quickly approaching 2014 and there is absolutely no stopping it. It has been a great year for Mission Repair and we only have our customers to thank! We have some of the most loyal customers that no doubt help spread our brand! You are the reason that we are here and the reason we started this in the first place!

While I would love to take this post and stroll down memory lane with you, I can’t, we still have 6 days left in the year and I want to make some awesome new memories before we start reflecting on the year past!

What kind of memories? How about the best kind? The kind in which you save some money on your much needed repair service! At this time every year, Ryan runs around the building yelling “Q4 people, Q4”, trying to spark everyone to sell as much as they can. This is very understandable as we are in this business to sell a service and make money. However, it is never fun to over extend your welcome with a potential customer! The day after Christmas is always interesting.

Hello friends,

Did you get to take any time off for the holidays? While not everyone celebrates Christmas…hopefully you were able to get together with family and spend some quality time with your loved ones. Maybe that time is this upcoming weekend?

We spent some significant time with one another here at Mission Repair – that’s for sure! First, on Saturday the 21st, I hosted a party at my house. Yes, this was a huge “blowout” with catering and a live band – and for sure it was one of the parties that we’re going to talk about for a while.

We are still talking about the “end of the night” hijinks. It was a memorable night! Then on Monday December 23rd, we reserved a “train car” for the Kansas City Mystery Train dinner theater- and all had a blast! The actors run up and down the aisles for 4 courses until someone solves the “whodunnit” mystery.  This time, it was my very own Dandra that cracked the case.  It’s a lot of fun and the group really got into it as several of the employees played supporting roles and did a great job!

So there you have it – just as promised last week – a few select pics from the Mission Repair festivities.  Now we’re back in the office and catching up from being closed for the last two days.  We’ve got our work cut out for us, but we are rejuvenated and rollin here at the Mission Repair Service Lab this morning.  Stay tuned for some more end of the year fun!
