Time for some Spring Cleaning!

Hello friends- the weather has been a bit fickle out here in Kansas City. I’m not sure if mother nature has decided if it’s motorcycle riding weather nor not yet!

It was a beautiful day outside yesterday (even though it did snow earlier in the week) and it gave the gardeners a chance to get some much needed planting done in our front garden beds. It’s a nice Spring clean up that our new Mission Repair building needed and I think it’s going to look great when things start to grow!

Before yesterday, these areas in front of our windows were full of “junk” bushes that just looked terrible. I know that it’s probably not that important to you, but it gives us here at Mission Repair a little bit of pride and self worth coming into work each day 😉

Since we’re on the subject, it’s time to do a little Spring Cleaning of your own – on your computer! Did you know that we offer virus removal and electronics cleaning? I just had a customer tell us that he dropped a margarita on his new MacBook (which still worked by the way) but the keys were sticky. Yikes. Like really sticky. Units like this are handled in two ways:

1. We can clean the sticky mess out of the unit for a small labor fee.
2. We can replace the keyboard and any other components that might need to be replaced to get the unit functioning correctly again.

Apple laptop and *most* Windows laptop repairs are what I’m talking about. If you have a machine that’s running slow, having virus issues or if you have a sticky situation – you can have us at Mission Repair do a little Spring Cleaning for you. Give us a call 866-638-8402 if you have any questions! Thanks!

Take care, Ryan

Have a notebook with a broken screen? Dell? HP? Toshiba? Acer? No problem.

Hello everyone, it’s been a heck of a day for me personally. The first call of the day was about my daughter that rear-ended another student on her way to school. She’s a Senior, it’s her first accident and it was NOT the way I planned on starting my Tuesday. But heck accidents never happen we we plan them I guess…so we got through that and luckily no one was hurt except for her car which has a nice big “crunch” in the front. Ah well, nothing that a few month of waiting tables can’t cure 😉

So after taking the report with our Sherriff’s department, I headed into work late. Then I got a second call from the High School nurse who said “Your son Casey is sick and needs to be picked up.” So I turned the car around and headed back to the High School to get my Freshman son who was in the office with a head and stomach ache. I got him home and into bed, then finally made it into the office here at Mission Repair about an hour ago. Yikes.

Here’s to parenting. Today was a HUGE test of my fatherhood and skills as the parental figure with both of my kids. I didn’t get upset with either of them this morning, we’ll take the discussion “offline” and I’ll try to teach some lessons out of this mess!

So I’m here today talking with my crew who are all unfazed by my morning, and collectively we want to issue a coupon to spike the Windows Laptop Screen Repair department. We’re overstocked on many of these screens – so rather than list them all and give out “sale” prices, I’m going to issue a coupon code so you can receive $20 off any laptop screen repair we offer that is over $100!

Just use coupon code “INSURANCE” when you place your order online for your next PC laptop screen repair. Why did I pick “INSURANCE” as the coupon code? Well I’ll let you figure that one out 😉

This code will automatically deduct $20 from the price and at the same time you’ll begin the process of the best Laptop Screen Repair service in the market. This coupon will expire on 10/3/11.

Hey tomorrow is another day, I’ll be back soon with more goodies!

Best, Ryan

17″ Sony Vaio Screen Repair = Success!

Hello all- today we released our newest service, the Sony Vaio LCD Screen Repair service. We are happy to announce this newest service for Sony laptop computers. Here’s how it works:

1. Call us at 866-638-8402 and we’ll get an order generated in our system and we’ll immediately send you an email label or shipping kit, so you can get your precious Sony laptop into our service center. Click here to see a video about our laptop shipping kit.

2. We will receive the unit and install a brand new screen within a day and send it back to you.

3. Much to your surprise, you get a knock on the door with your repaired laptop, faster than you expected and repaired like new. Glee, joy and happiness consume you.

4. You rest easy knowing that if you ever drop, break or crack your screen again (and I mean EVER!) then you can call us back and we’ll repair it again under our “Got Repair” program (by the way, we add this to your initial order for NO CHARGE).

Why do we do all of this? It’s because it’s the way we want to be treated. We’ve modeled our business from a customer’s perspective. What else can you ask for?

PC Hard Disk Upgrades announced!

Have a Windows laptop that is running out of drive space? Need more storage? Too many pictures clogging up your memory? We have just announced a full-lineup of brand new services for your Windows CPU.

We start our upgrades at 120GB hard drives for $114…installed! And go up to 1TB drive upgrades (that’s a lot of space!) for just $229 installed! Holy cow, that seems amazing!

What about your data? Good question. The data transfer is included in these prices, so when you receive your computer back, it will boot up normally, but it will just have MORE drive space than ever before. This is the essence of an upgrade and Mission Repair is the best in the country at it! If your data is corrupted we will try to retrieve as much as we can, however we will install a fresh copy of your Windows operating system for you so you can start fresh in these cases. You’ll just need to input your activation key and like Mission Repair magic, it will be restored.

It’s another awesome set of services that our customers have been clamoring for!

Speaking of clamoring, anyone seen that new movie “The Tourist”? I know that it just released this month, and my son Casey is going to see it tonight with a group of friends. He was invited to his first boy/girl birthday party and he’s excited. I figured since he’s a teenager now, it’s OK. Don’t worry, I verified that the parents of the birthday girl will be just 2 rows back 😉 Nothing like having your parents in the same movie theater huh? Works for me!

We’re getting close to leaving for the day but I’ll be back. . .

Best, Ryan
