As we evolve and grow, we must relocate. If you have submitted an order through our website, it might have instructed you to send your repair to our previous address, at 9214 Marshall Drive Lenexa, KS. Due to technical issues on the back end of our website, we are unable to remove these instructions at this time. We are working diligently to get this issue resolved. In the meantime, please send your repairs to our repair depot location, at 12351 W. 96th Terr, Suite 108, Lenexa, KS 66215. This is a temporary location as our permanent office is being renovated. We expect to settled into our permanent location around the 1st of November. Thank you for your patience!

Just for your information in case you were stopping by our Lenexa office!
Hi there! If you live in the Kansas City area, you probably know that there is a HUGE “GATEWAY” project that is currently under construction near the I35 and I435 interchange. In fact, there have been an amazing number of improvements in the last few months, and traffic is already flowing correctly in many areas.
Now it’s time for the crews to move Northbound, and this will effect the roads leading to Mission Repair in Lenexa.
Typically, I’d tell my customers to exit I35 and go West onto 95th Street. People in the area know this exit well and it’s very commercialized with Costco on the West and Sam’s Club to the East. We’ve got the Oak Park Mall which seems to be busy year round, and it’s just past Sam’s Club. I don’t know how people will be getting the East easily, but all of the businesses on the West have a real plan in place!
Starting next Monday, instead of getting off at 95th Street, our customers will Exit one more off ramp North on 87th Street, and turn West. Then quickly turn right onto Marshall Drive and head South to reach our service lab. Now this intersection may get a little busy for a while…all of the Costco traffic will also head South and drive right by Mission Repair…so don’t be surprised if you see me out on the road from time-to-time waving customers in. We will have a significant number of new vehicles passing our location and I am really excited for that!!
Well I thought that I’d share this map and this info so you knew that not only are all of the businesses will remain open during this major upgrade to the Kansas City area, but I have a feeling it’s really going to spike business here at Mission Repair as we will be in front of more customers than ever before. Thanks for reading!
NOTE: If you visit our Mission, Kansas location, you’re in the clear!!
Take care, Ryan
It’s a good idea to insure your package when you send it to Mission Repair!
Hello there friends,
It’s getting mighty scary out there since Halloween is right around the corner. I don’t know why but we are really immersed in this Halloween season. I’ve also already had my fair share of “fun size” candy bars here at the office!
I wanted to talk about another scary scenario; while we take in mail-in repairs every day from across the USA, there are times that the shipping service makes mistakes. Take this package that we received today for example:
No, there isn’t an accordion in this box, there was actually a Microsoft Surface 2 in there that somehow miraculously wasn’t damaged more than expected. A good amount of bubble-wrap took care of that.
But this is a reminder then when you send in your devices, it’s just a good idea to add “replacement value insurance” on your package in case it arrives in worse condition than this one did. We all know that things can happen, and our shipping carriers are not perfect.
“Boo” — there’s your scare of the day from Mission Repair 😉
See you tomorrow! Ryan
