Samsung Galaxy S7 Repair Now Available!

Hello everyone –

Mission Repair now offers the Galaxy S7 Screen repair! As with most new smartphones the prices can be a bit high, but when the worst happens know we can get your device back in “like new” condition. The cost of the repair is tough to swallow but it will still save you hundreds over buying a new replacement S7.

We also are able to repair other issues from home buttons, charging ports, speakers and battery replacements should the need arise.

New 7.0″ Galaxy Tab 2 LCD Repair Announced… And Meet Melanie!

I’m not sure how to begin this since it is my first Mission:Repair blog post and with 17,000 subscribers – I’m a little intimidated! Well, my name is Melanie, I am the Graphic Designer/Webmaster here at Mission:Repair and I also run most of the Social Media accounts. Ryan is keeping me busy with a lot of new repairs that have been added to the website. One of which is the 7″ Galaxy Tab 2 LCD Repair! This is for the 2nd generation Galaxy Tab with a 7″ display. We have been offering the front glass repair for this device for a while but NOW we have added the LCD Screen Repair.

What’s the difference? I used to think when your ‘screen’ was broken, it needed to be repaired. Simple, right? It wasn’t until I worked here (and asked our technicians A LOT of questions) that I learned that there could be different solutions to a ‘broken screen’ and that your device has a couple different ‘screens’. Without getting technical (I’ll leave that to Ryan), here is how you can tell which kind of screen repair you need.

You may need an LCD Screen Repair if…

  • Device screen is completely black (the device is on but there is no image displaying on the screen)
  • Display on the device is discolored
  • Display on the device has lines through the image

You may need a Front Glass (Digitizer) Repair if…

  • Glass is cracked and display is still correctly visible
  • Display looks great but device isn’t responding to touch

While these repairs are separate for the Galaxy Tab 2 7″, some of our ‘Front Glass Repairs’ replace both the LCD and Digitizer (parts are sealed together).

If you’re still not sure what is wrong with your Galaxy Tab 2 7″, or any device for that matter.. Simply set up a Free Diagnosis! Our expert Certified Technicians will diagnose your unit in 24 hours and give you an accurate quote on the cost to repair it. At that point you can choose if you would like to proceed with the repair. *Note: we won’t perform any repairs until we get your approval.

Questions about a repair you are needing? Don’t hesitate to give us a call at 1-866-638-8402, email us at sales@missionrepair.com, Facebook us, Tweet us or Live Chat a representative on our website.

Have a great day!

Melanie

Happy New Year! It’s right around the corner!

Hello friends,

” Should Old Acquaintance be forgot,
and never thought upon;
The flames of Love extinguished,
and fully past and gone:
Is thy sweet Heart now grown so cold,
that loving Breast of thine;
That thou canst never once reflect
On Old long syne.

CHORUS:
On Old long syne my Jo,
On Old long syne,
That thou canst never once reflect,
On Old long syne. ”

We hope that you have a safe and happy New Year celebration…whether that means sitting at home, in bed by 9pm or up all night with a perfect excuse to have a party! In any case and however you decide to spend your evening, please be safe, sound and rest assured that 2014 will arrive whether we like it or not ūüėČ

From all of us at Mission Repair, we thank you for your continued readership and contribution to helping us remain in business for another calendar year. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Take care, Ryan Arter, Mission Repair.

Deal Of the Week!

Hello M:R Nation –

I have been MIA over the last few days working on some rather large projects, so I apologize for my absence . It has also been a rather crazy Monday, but I wanted to put up a quick post before the end of the day to point your attention to this weeks “Deal Of The Week”.

The mighty Samsung Tab 7″ is a favorite among our technicians for its forgiving nature when it comes to repairing it. It is always willing to release it’s death grip on screws and glass with a little coaxing and that is all a technician could ask for.

7tabdeal-1

So with that in mind, this makes the perfect Deal Of The Week! They deserve a little break from the more difficult iPad and Kindle Fire repairs (There is no stopping those other repairs, but lets keep that between us ;-))

This deal is good from now until January 28th, so act fast and click the following link:¬†Samsung Galaxy Tab 7″ Glass Repair Service! Am I the only one that can’t believe it’s almost the end of January?

Cheers, Troy

The Kindle Fire Is Gaining Momentum!

Hello M:R ¬†Nation –

I recently read an article that talked about web usage per tablet. Something interesting came out of that article. The Kindle Fire is out there in droves! With the iPad maintaining the highest percentage of users at 78.86%, this is actually a decrease for them. 7.14% to be exact.

The Kindle Fire is showing up as a massive 7.51% which is actually a very large number considering the ever so popular¬†Samsung Tablets¬†are only at 4.39%. What has caused this? Some say it has to do with increasing sales of the Kindle Fire, others say that it might just be that a good amount of iPad users are also¬†iPhone 5¬†users which just happened to soar to a 8.27% usage share. Keep in mind, we are talking millions and millions of units here, so while these %’s seem small, it actually reflects a huge number.

Either way, this has a large impact here at Mission Repair. The more these devices are use, the more support our customers need. We love to be the company offering this support on the very wide range of technology that is out on the market today.  so if you find yourself in need of this kind of support, give us a shout at 866-638-8402 or email at support@missionrepair.com

Cheers, Troy

Why is our Smartphone line of repairs so extensive?

Hello there, we’ve got an interesting graphic that helps explain the numbers behind the Android line:

ANDROID-MBA

What does all of this mean? It means that the Android market is here to stay. It’s a real presence. There are times that I see a Samsung Galaxy SIII and think “hmm, that is a nice phone, I love the screen!”. But I am committed to my iPhone without question…for now!

Hey all, the holiday season is upon us, and I can feel the snow coming soon. Take care, and we’ll be back soon!

Best, Ryan

Broken Samsung Galaxy Tab 7″?

Hello M:R Nation –

Thursday has arrived and it’s starting to get colder here in the Kansas City area. There are talks of snow this coming Monday and I for one am not ready! Granted, I think we have had it pretty good, as it is almost the second week of December and we have yet to see snow. So I have to get my dual sport riding in while I can. “If it is dry, I will ride”, thats my motto.

Moving along… Did you know that the¬†Samsung Galaxy Tab 7″ Glass Repair Service¬†is only $69.00? This is an unbelievably low price that many people have been taking advantage of lately. This tablet has been out for a good year now and the older these devices get, the more we see which is interesting. My theory on this comes from personal experience. The less new something becomes to me, the less I take extra precaution with it. Now, do I do this consciously? I don’t, it is just something that naturally happens and if you are anything like me (a human) you probably do the same thing.

Please, don’t take this as me saying you don’t take care of your things, this is not where I am heading with this ūüôā This is purely an observation of my own subconscious. So if you do find yourself in the same position with your Samsung Galaxy Tab 7″ or even your¬†Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1″, we have the cure for you, send it over to Mission:Repair and let us repair it for you!

We are preparing pretty exciting projects here at Mission:Repair so keep checking back for the great deals, new services and witty blog posts from yours truly!

Cheers, Troy
