Having used the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 myself, I can say these are great phones that you really can rely on for everything your busy life can throw at it! I know you can’t be without it for long so, call either Mission Repair locations to check if we have the parts in stock in the color you need.

When life happens… come see us at Missoin Repair!

Have a great day.

So I’m sitting on a cruise ship and…

Hello there cruisers!

I say “cruisers” because if you’ve ever been on a cruise ship, that’s what they call you.  A crusier.  Ok, I’m good with it.

Normally when I’m on vacation I don’t really need to talk about work.  It’s a good time to decompress, forget about the normal day-to-day worries and just relax.  When we were all sitting at the dinner table, I struck up a conversation with the newlywed couple next to us.  Finally, the question of came up “what do you do?”

“I own a small business that repairs iPhones, Smartphones, tablets and computers” I said.

So he then pulls out his Sony Xperia and says “can you fix this?!?  Brilliant!

So sitting at the table I snapped this picture and told him that I’d blog about it.  Thanks Cale, after a few days on the cruise ship spending time with you and Lauren it’s now obvious that we have made some great friends.  Next time I visit Florida, I’ll bring a back glass with me and take care of that cracked component for you.  It’ll only cost you 3 mai tais 😉

So, even in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico it’s difficult to get away from the business.  I guess that’s a good problem, right?  Well, I’m back to it and I’ll be right here knocking out some more blogs (and some amazing newsletters are in the works as well!) from the comfort of my “dry land office”.  Ugh, who wouldn’t rather be working from Cozumel?

Have a good morning.  Ryan

Sale on Samsung Galaxy S5 Screen Repairs!

Hello again folks,

It’s time to run a special because I am overstocked on Black Samsung Galaxy S5 Screens! We need to talk a little bit about this repairs, because it can get confusing at times.

1. We install screen assemblies onto our customer units. That means that the glass, LCD, and digitizer are all pre-assembled and “sealed” together. This is a major point because there are other repair services out there that do not. In particular:

2. We don’t replace just the outer glass. There are many services out there that just replace the glass. And we can do it too; but it doesn’t ever look perfect, and it never passes our Quality Control personnel. In fact, many times after just a short while the phone will have issues with dust under the screen, failing touch functions, “hot spots” that look like discolored pressure points, or just simply no screen visible at all. All of that and our customers demand that the screens look factory new…and there is no way to do this by simply scraping off the old glass with a hair dryer (yeah, look it up) and replacing it.

Be aware of any service that claims they can replace the glass only on a Samsung Galaxy S5. Firstly, this is not a “factory” repair. It’s a shortcut intended to save money and if something goes wrong during the process (i.e. the repair center scratches your LCD or even cracks it) who’s responsible then? Also, what kind of warranty will you get with a glass-only repair? At Mission Repair, you’ll get a 1 year warranty, the repair will look like it did when it was brand new, and there will NEVER be dust under the screen from a faulty “scrape and glue” job. Oh yeah, and now through Friday March 13, 2015 the Samsung Galaxy S5 Black screen repairs are $20 off normal repair price. Just use coupon code “BS5” when checking out online or tell your customer service representative about it for savings.

Thanks, Ryan

Hi friends, more importantly, does Mission Repair have what you need? To fix that broken Samsung Galaxy S III or Galaxy S IV that is?

You know us as an electronics repair center- but did you know that we supply parts for technicians and Do-It-Yourself repair “people” as well? Are you one of those brave individuals that can repair devices on your own?

Do you have what it takes to be a "Super Technician"?

Do you have what it takes to be a “Super Technician”?

If so, you’re in luck. We have a long line of Samsung Galaxy S III parts and Samsung Galaxy S IV parts available for self-installations. It’s for the DIY customer that really wants to get their hands dirty, and while doing the repair themselves there’s a potential to save some big bucks!

That doesn’t mean that we are overcharging 😉 It just means that you don’t have to pay us to install the part for you!

Now remember that these parts don’t come with instructions, so I just want you to be aware of that. They are bulk buy parts that will arrive in brand new condition ready for you to install. We can ship today!

So this blog is just a quick reminder for the “Super Technician” out there, here’s a list for you.
