Hi friends, more importantly, does Mission Repair have what you need? To fix that broken Samsung Galaxy S III or Galaxy S IV that is?

You know us as an electronics repair center- but did you know that we supply parts for technicians and Do-It-Yourself repair “people” as well? Are you one of those brave individuals that can repair devices on your own?

Do you have what it takes to be a "Super Technician"?

Do you have what it takes to be a “Super Technician”?

If so, you’re in luck. We have a long line of Samsung Galaxy S III parts and Samsung Galaxy S IV parts available for self-installations. It’s for the DIY customer that really wants to get their hands dirty, and while doing the repair themselves there’s a potential to save some big bucks!

That doesn’t mean that we are overcharging 😉 It just means that you don’t have to pay us to install the part for you!

Now remember that these parts don’t come with instructions, so I just want you to be aware of that. They are bulk buy parts that will arrive in brand new condition ready for you to install. We can ship today!

So this blog is just a quick reminder for the “Super Technician” out there, here’s a list for you.

New Service: Samsung Galaxy S III Headphone Jack Repair Service!

Hello M:R Nation –

We are starting the year off strong with a brand new service offering! That is really the only way to start an AWESOME New Year and my first post of 2014! So lets dig right in and discuss this great new service.

The Samsung Galaxy S III is a great device. You can look at online reviews, talk to your friends or even go back through my old blog posts to see why. Released last year, Mission Repair was quick to start repair services for customers that had issues with their screens. The screen is usually our first offering due to physical damage that can be causes by a drop or 5…

Only after several months did we start hearing from GSIII owners that some other component on their beloved phone has failed.

galaxy-s3-top-sideWe heard enough demand over the last month of 2013 to warrant a brand new service, so please, say hello to the Samsung Galaxy S III (Blue) Headphone Jack Repair and Samsung Galaxy S III (White) Headphone Jack Repair services!

Now, this service is for you if you are experiencing one or all of the following:

  • Your headphone plug broke off inside the port
  • You can no longer hear when plugging in your headphones
  • Your music and other sounds are staticky
  • Your headphones no longer stay plugged into your GSIII
  • A foreign object is stuck in the port

So with that, consider our first new service of 2014 on the books! This service is available to everyone starting right now, so if you have been annoying your friends by listing to your books on tape via loud speaker, it’s time to convince them to order this service for you 🙂

Cheers, Troy

Where can I get my Samsung Galaxy S IV Screen repaired?

Hi friends, are you asking this question?

It’s no secret. The Samsung Galaxy S4 screens can be repaired and we are performing these services daily at Mission Repair.

How is it possible?

Well sometimes it’s like a magic show over here in our tech lab and to be honest, I don’t even know how to do this repair…I’m kind of dated when it comes to the newest products. That’s why I have Jake! And Matt. And Albert. And David. And Justin. And Matthew. And Pat. Well you get the picture…without naming every one of our technicians (sorry to those that didn’t get a mention!) we have an extensive staff of full-time technicians that actually know (better than I) how to get your Samsung Galaxy S IV back into tip-top shape. Presto-chango it’ll be back to looking new again!

Hey everyone watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat! 😉 I’ll be back soon with more FANTASTIC info!!

Mission Repair = Your Samsung Smartphone Service Center!

Hello M:R Nation –

Mission Repair has long been known as an Apple focused repair center. We repair everything from the iPod Nano to the iPad Mini and would not have it any other way. However, we have seen a great need out there for folks that don’t utilize an Apple product and that is why we decided to expand our reach.

Over the course of the last year or so, we have worked hard to offer some of the most popular to the somewhat aging models that Samsung offers. What we have found, is a brand of devices that is just a joy to service! Check out our whole Samsung Repair line below:

Now, I know this list might be a little overwhelming to look at… Information overload if you will, but this was the only way to fit all of the Samsung Smartphone services we offer on one page! Each picture is clickable, so feel free to browse around for a few moments. Once you are done, please note that this list is ever expandable and YOU have the ability to add to it!

If there is a Samsung Smartphone that we are not offering service on, give us a ring at 866-638-8402 or email us at and we will work hard to source the needed parts to offer the services that you need!

Cheers, Troy

Weather Update…The Complaining Edition!

Hello M:R Nation –

If you were to look at the calendar with me, you would have to agree  that we are smack dab in the middle of spring. However, when you take a look at the below image, you are surly to think otherwise…

If you have been an audience to this blog over the last few months, you know how crazy of a weather ride Kansas City has taken and in true Kansas/Missouri fashion, its not over yet! What we hope is the last mention of snow for the next 20 years, is scheduled to arrive this afternoon and last through the night (no worries, we are still open).

From what I am hearing, we will have little to no accumulation, but this is just no comfort us (the people expecting 65 degrees and sunny). As you can see, I have chosen speak for everyone here at Mission Repair and furthermore, everyone in Kansas and Missouri to say we are over this mess!

While I am usually the voice of reason, I have shifted my tone to the voice of complaint. I know its not going to change Mother Natures course, but I sure do feel better about it now. Yes, I know I should use this blog to talk about GS3 and iPad Mini repairs, but I just had to get this one out. Thanks for hanging in there with me 😉

Cheers, Troy
