Why do I write blogs about these things? It’s because we have the longest linecard in the industry, and our customers (you) demand that we keep up with the technology when we can. It’s just that easy. If there’s a new phone that you’d like to see Mission Repair service – send us an email about it – or give us a call 866-638-8402. We will do what we can to accommodate you.

Have a great Thursday!

Ryan

Good Morning!

Good Morning M:R Nation –

I hope everyone has had a great weekend. Mine included a a toy car, a toy car launcher and my eye ball… Ouch! I’m sure my 3 year old son didn’t mean to, but it definitely seemed calculated. Luckily my eye is feeling better today and I am ready for what Monday has to offer.

Something I have wanted to post for a long time is our Top Selling Products list. Like on most e-commerce sites, this is something you can find on various pages of missionrepair.com , but why not make it easy for you and just post it here? Below you will see data directly from out “back end” stats numbered 1-6. They have in no way been manipulated

MISSION REPAIR TOP SELLERS

1)  4th Gen iPod Touch BLACK Front Glass/Digitizer & LCD Repair

2 ) iPad 2 Glass and Digitizer Front Panel Repair Service – Black

3) Samsung Galaxy S II (T-Mobile) Glass Screen Repair.

4) iPhone 4 Front Glass Screen Repair. Touch Screen Repair Service.

5) iPad 2 Glass and Digitizer Front Panel Repair Service – White

As you can see, this list is mostly filled by Apple products, but our other repairs such as HTC, Samsung and Motorola services are getting up there! It looks like a Samsung repair service already found its way to up to the # 3 position. This list is always changing. There is just no way to tell whats going to break next!

I’m sure we will be seeing more of each other today, but until then –

Cheers, Troy!

Diagnosis always FREE at Mission Repair!

Hello folks, it’s been a heck of a week here at the Mission Repair Headquarters. We’re opening up our new sales office and I even moved my personal office as well. It’s a lot like moving out of a house to be honest! I was in the same office for several years and it’s inevitable for me. . .the longer I stay in one place the more “dug in” I get.

It was a good time to “clean house” so to speak and I was able to get rid of a bunch of extra stuff that I’ll never need again. I kind of feel like if I don’t use it within 6 months, then I probably don’t need it 😉 So I’m all settled into my new space upstairs and it feels amazing!

So I was doing my morning reading and it’s come to my attention that I need to talk about our repair services on a high level. Specifically, and simply, WE DON’T CHARGE TO DIAGNOSE YOUR DEVICE. I don’t care if you send in an iPod, iPhone, MacBook, Tablet or any other device that we currently repair. . .we will ALWAYS diagnose for free!

Why is this important?

It builds trust between you, our customers, and Mission Repair, your friend in the service industry. We don’t charge for diagnosis because we are happy to tell you what’s going on and we’re confident that you will proceed with our repairs. Why are we so confident? Because our pricing is realistic and not over-inflated. We diagnose correctly. We address your concerns and let you make the final decision on what your repair threshold is and let you remin in control of the repair.

If we charged for the diagnosis, you may feel “obligated” to complete a repair because we have you on the hook for some pre-determined amount of money.

It’s all about building trust and starting our repairs out right.

We could charge for our iDevice diagnosis, but we don’t. What happens when we spend time looking at a device, perform an evaluation and then a customer requests it to be delivered back without having a repair done? First you’ll never have a high-pressure salesperson trying to sell a repair. Secondly, we’ll lose money but this happens so infrequently it’s just part of the business.

Once again, it’s all about trust.

Being fair and keeping our technicians honest with their findings and offering our customers the best possible end solution to get that expensive device back into their hands working like new is our goal!

There it is. . .that’s why Mission Repair performs free diagnostic services. It’s a matter of principle. Why pay for it elsewhere when we’ll do it for free?

Take care, have a great day. . .Ryan

“Got Repair” is rolling. What is it? Allow me to explain. . .

OK, so I had this vision a couple of months ago, trying to place myself into my customer’s shoes and “living” the customer experience.

I’m always doing this. I want to treat my customers as I want to be treated but being a business owner sometimes the “business” side of things gets in the way. Well, upon some serious reflection, I came up with:

GOT REPAIR

Here’s my thought process:

1. I started Mission Repair to help customers that break their device. I mean there aren’t many good options for when a customer drops and cracks their iPhone glass. Paying $200 to the manufacturer doesn’t sound appealing, so we come in strong at $59. We do the repair in 24 hours and get the repaired device back to the customer working 100%.

2. We then offer a 1 year warranty on the glass repair. This means that if the touch functions stop working within a year we will replace that glass panel again. Awesome!

3. However we are getting many repeat customers. I mean, this is great for business, but NOT GOOD for the customer. Let’s look at this thing realistically. . .if a customer comes to Mission Repair, they have a broken device. They KNOW that it can be broken. They use our Award-Winning Services. Fantastic. But what happens if the same customer breaks the same device again? Do they have to go through the entire process again? Do they have to pay for another repair again – even if they broke it the next day after they got it back repaired from us?

This is where our exclusive “Got Repair” program comes into play. I wanted to give my customers the peace of mind when having a repair performed by us. I mean, the customer already knows that the glass can break. Then they have the unit repaired. And if the customer uses Mission Repair, and the service includes “Got Repair” benefits (at no extra charge I might add), if they drop and break the same device again, Mission Repair will repair the device again. That’s it – check out our special Got Repair website for details.

It’s all about the customer experience and the customer happiness. We want you to choose Mission Repair, and once you do you’re a customer for life. Our “Got Repair” program lasts for the life of the device and we are like your guardian angel.

The bottom line: we’ve added “Got Repair” benefits to almost 1,000 new customer orders since 3/1/11. Many customers have already exercised their benefit. It’s a no-brainer way for us to do business and we want to be friends forever.

Mission Repair, The Intelligent Choice.

Take care, Ryan

Motorola Droid X Repair = Success!

Well, just when I thought I was done posting new services today my guys received another batch of repairs in from the line and we are proud to announce the release of our newest repair for the Motorola Droid X. We received a unit with a cracked screen:

And after it ran through our repair center, it came back looking and working like new:

The Motorola Droid X runs the Android software and sports a 8 MP camera. The cool feature about this phone is it’s 4.3 inch hi-res screen and HD camcorder. It’s a hi-tech device!

Now you know, when you break that Droid X, you have Mission Repair in your back pocket as the Nation’s Leading Cell Phone repair center. Save some bucks by using us.

OK, I think for real this time, I’m done for the day. Talk to you tomorrow!

Best, Ryan
