Why do I write blogs about these things? It’s because we have the longest linecard in the industry, and our customers (you) demand that we keep up with the technology when we can. It’s just that easy. If there’s a new phone that you’d like to see Mission Repair service – send us an email about it – or give us a call 866-638-8402. We will do what we can to accommodate you.

Have a great Thursday!

Ryan

It’s still Cyber Monday – but it feels like it’s Friday already.

Wow, it’s just now about 6pm on Cyber Monday, and what a day this has been.

I have projects stacked up behind me. . .and they all had to wait due to the enormous amount of calls and new customers we received today. In fact, we’ve already broken every Mission Repair record to date including number of orders taken in a single day, number of phone calls, number of walk ins and number of repairs- and we still have 6 hours to go in this miraculous Cyber Monday event!

So we are still here – and we are open extra late tonight. Normally we close at 6pm, but doors are open and the phone system is still rocking. We have several representatives answering live so if you’re in need of an iPhone repair or if it’s time to get that tablet screen repaired, make your move now. Let me help you out a bit – we are offering FREE shipping on your repair (to anywhere in the USA!) and we also have a Cyber Monday coupon code available. Just use “cyber12” when you checkout online and it’ll save you an additional 12% of your entire order total on this 2012 Cyber Monday! Remember that this coupon expires today!

Ok, I have to get back to the phone system now and we’re coming back to you with more goodies and info from all of your friends at Mission Repair very soon.

Take care!

Ryan

We are OPEN in Kansas City, Missouri!

Hello all,

It’s official. . .we are now open and available at our Kansas City location and we are taking walk in business as we speak!

We are open and ready! Pardon our construction.

When I say it’s official, I mean it. But I also want to make you aware that the store is open and ready for walk-ins, but it’s not that pretty. I am stating that now so if you stop by in the next week and if it still looks like we’re moving in, we are truly still moving in. The good part is that it’s only cosmetic- the back tech room is complete and 100% functional. We’ve got 4 technicians ready to rock at this new site and we’re going to use them to the fullest!

Our large lighted sign is in the works, so there’s no “MISSION REPAIR” sign out front, but we do have it on the door, and we’re happy and delighted to get your business at this new location if it’s more convenient for you to drop by that store. I know that it will be more convenient for the Apple Store in Leawood, Kansas- it’s about 1.5 miles from our new location and they are starting to send referrals over to us today. This is HUGE news and a big help.

Stop by and visit us!

Mission Repair
13141 State Line Road
Kansas City, Missouri 64145

We are taking walk-in and mail in repairs at this site, as well as walk-in and mail in repairs at our corporate headquarters and main service center in Olathe, Kansas. Additionally you can drop off your repairs in 5 other states and there may be a Mission Repair near you. If not – give us a call at 866-638-8402 and we’ll have your device picked up from your location. Truly there’s no need to leave your house, we will handle your repair from the comfort of your living room, but if you want to get outside and get some sunlight find us at one of our Mission Repair locations!

Take care, Ryan

Motorola Repairs are flowing at Mission Repair!

Hello again folks, I’m kind of on a BLOG “roll” this morning and it’s not going to let up any time soon 😉

We’re launching another new Motorola repair today for the Motorola Atrix Headphone Jack Repair.

Need that Atrix fixed?

The Atrix is a cool little Android smartphone. This 4G phone has specs that border on science fiction – which probably explains all the awards it won at CES 2011:

The world’s first smartphone with a dual-core processor.
The world’s first qHD display – up to 2x brighter than leading smartphone screens while consuming only a fraction of the power.
Unique webtop application.
Fast Web browsing with Adobe® Flash® 10.
Enhanced battery life – enough to watch two full-length movies back to back.
Fingerprint security – lock and unlock with just one hand.
3D gaming capability with NVIDIA® Tegra™ graphics.

The list goes on and on, but when you need a repair on this little beauty, who are you gonna call?

Mission Repair.

We’ve got the expertise, the parts, the knowledge and the drive to get your repair done right so you can get back to normal. We’re happy to be your service provider of choice!

It’s a busy morning here at the Mission Repair base, I’ll be back soon with some more cool info!

Take care, Ryan

5 new cell phone repairs announced!

Hello there. Ok, since my last post the snow really coming down now. It’s dropping in big flakes and I think that it’s going to be a winter wonderland before rush hour tonight. This means that we have to decide on how to get out of here in a few hours without getting stranded!

Well, since we’re stuck for a little bit we finished up a few more services that are guaranteed to grab some attention. . .normally I’ll post one blog entry per new repair but my team is loading up faster than I can get to them.

Mission Repair can service your Samsung phone!

So here I am getting caught up with my marketing. I know that it doesn’t give the individual attention to each of these new services but give me a break 😉 I’m still getting them out there and they will index on on the search engines soon. Without further delay:

Dell Streak 5 Glass Repair (this screen is HUGE!)
Samsung Continuum Glass Repair
Motorola BackFlip Glass Repair
HTC 7 Mozart Screen Repair
Motorola i1 LCD Repair

Whew, did you get all of that? I know, it’s a list of repairs. Well that was my goal today – to get these listed on our blog and get the marketing rolling. You’ll see these in the news shortly but you heard it here first! Another half dozen services to add to our lineup, just another reason to keep Mission Repair in mind when your mobile electronics fail.

Thanks, take care, Ryan
