I appreciate Apple, Inc. for standing up for us.

Good morning, this news hit the airwaves a couple of days ago, but clearly needs to be spread as far it can reach…so here’s a simple “repost” on the Mission Repair blog as I can personally appreciate that Apple, Inc. is trying to protect our privacy.  Click here to read the letter from Apple, Inc. as posted on their website.

Please pass it along, information is good!  Ryan

Just for your information in case you were stopping by our Lenexa office!

Hi there!  If you live in the Kansas City area, you probably know that there is a HUGE “GATEWAY” project that is currently under construction near the I35 and I435 interchange.  In fact, there have been an amazing number of improvements in the last few months, and traffic is already flowing correctly in many areas.

Now it’s time for the crews to move Northbound, and this will effect the roads leading to Mission Repair in Lenexa.

Typically, I’d tell my customers to exit I35 and go West onto 95th Street.  People in the area know this exit well and it’s very commercialized with Costco on the West and Sam’s Club to the East.  We’ve got the Oak Park Mall which seems to be busy year round, and it’s just past Sam’s Club.  I don’t know how people will be getting the East easily, but all of the businesses on the West have a real plan in place!

Starting next Monday, instead of getting off at 95th Street, our customers will Exit one more off ramp North on 87th Street, and turn West.  Then quickly turn right onto Marshall Drive and head South to reach our service lab.  Now this intersection may get a little busy for a while…all of the Costco traffic will also head South and drive right by Mission Repair…so don’t be surprised if you see me out on the road from time-to-time waving customers in.  We will have a significant number of new vehicles passing our location and I am really excited for that!!

Well I thought that I’d share this map and this info so you knew that not only are all of the businesses will remain open during this major upgrade to the Kansas City area, but I have a feeling it’s really going to spike business here at Mission Repair as we will be in front of more customers than ever before.  Thanks for reading!

NOTE:  If you visit our Mission, Kansas location, you’re in the clear!!

Take care, Ryan

Just wanted to say thank you for the great experience I had with your Johnson Drive repair facility today. I HAD an I Pad 3 with a cracked screen and a corner of glass missing so I searched Google for a local repair facility that did not charge an arm and a leg to repair my I Pad. I came across your website as well as many others that provide local drop off service and selected yours based in part on price and reviews. Well I arrived at your shop this morning and was promptly greeted by one of your techs. He was very professional and took care of me right away. He advised that it may not be finished until tomorrow which I was good with, but that if it were done earlier he would call. Now I would like to also state that I noticed that your store was very clean and neat along with the professional attitudes and appearance of your tech. I got an exact upfront price on my repair and so I paid the bill and left my I Pad. To my surprise I got a call about 3 hours later advising me that my repair was complete!! I returned to meet another one of your techs which was just as professional and he delivered my I Pad back to me promptly. I must say that the I Pad looks as good as new and it was delivered to me in protective bubble wrap for a safe trip home. I own five Apple products and three Android products, and although I hope to never need your services again, if I do I will feel confident that you can honestly take care of any repair needs. I Highly recommend you service and would feel confident in referring anyone to your company.
