Hello everyone, it’s been one heck of a week. So much so that I really haven’t had time to blog or to reach out to all of our readers with any new information.
We’ve been neck deep in our service lab. We launched a few new programs and landed a few new dealer accounts that are really starting to take form. Our “face” of the business is really geared toward individual customers but there’s a secret “back side” of our business that deals with large volumes and programs that run within retailers across the Nation. If you’re in the industry and want to discuss volume, dealer, or 3rd Party Depot repair pricing or programs, contact our New Business Development Manager here.
One cool new feature is that we’ve added LIVE CHAT to our sites (www.missionrepair.com and www.gotrepair.com), and it will be available on our blog page as well shortly (this programming is getting finished up as we speak).
We’ve always had Live Chat on the site, but we’ve taken it a step further. We now have the ability to transfer chats to an individual agent within our business and we’re even exploring a “CALL ME BACK” option that customers can leave a telephone number and expect a representative to call within minutes. It’s just another way to service our customers.
We have ALWAYS gone out of our way to treat our customers right, with the best service and the best results. Are we always perfect? Nope. But when we fall down we always fix our mistakes.
I’ll be announcing a new coupon code later today, have a great Friday!
Hello all, just a reminder that our iPhone 3G digitizer/glass repair special ends on Midnight 1/31/09! We are performing these repairs at $10 off our normal price, no coupon needed! Just order your service soon to take advantage of the savings. . .
Thanks, talk to you soon, and of course we’ll be running some new specials beginning February 1st.
See ya, Ryan
Hello everyone- I am just heading out to have lunch with an old friend but I had to fire off a quick entry. . .
I just updated our customer testimonials page with new submissions. Every time that I do this (about once per week), I’m always amazed at the responses we get. Well, not amazed that our service is spectacular, but amazed that our customers actually take the time out of the busy schedules to write about their experience with Mission Repair.
The more amazing part is that we do not solicit or directly ask for these submissions. They just flow in naturally from happy customers all over the country. They get nothing in return other than the satisfaction of making our day! In EVERY instance here at Mission Repair, our customer service is our top priority and the responses from these customers help us prove it.
Once again, thank you to all of those that provided submissions. It’s our reference list – period. How could you ever go anywhere else for your repair? 😉
Thanks, I’m heading out to Minsky’s for a pizza, talk to you later!
Hello all out there in cyber-internet-land! Mission Repair has added a new feature to our website, and on EVERY Page there is a link under our logo to engage in a live chat with one of our friendly sales people. If you have a question, chat us! We’re typing experts (kinda) 😉
If you’re really lucky, you might even get me! It’s an honor you know! I’m just kidding. I’m not exempt from our customer service mentality and I love chatting with our customers. Makes me feel connected to the rest of the world, you know?
Live chatting is just another great way for you to reach a customer service representative during normal business hours. If it’s outside of our normal business hours, that chat button turns into a “Leave a Message” button and we’ll get back to you as soon as we return. As usual, you can call us toll-free at 866-638-8402 and we ALWAYS answer the phone during normal business hours. We just upgraded our brand new phone system and added more lines (again) so there are plenty of ways “in” to Mission Repair. We are driven by satisfying our customers and we want to be your choice for iPod Repairs, iPhone Repairs and MacBook repairs! Thanks again for your support. Ryan
