Just remember that of course we welcome you to call in during normal business hours- but remember that you can log into your account at any time – 24 hours a day – to see when we received your device, what the status of your device is, and it’s return tracking number back to you. It doesn’t matter what nifty little hand-held device you sent to us, whether it’s an iPhone, iPod, iPad, Chromebook or other device – you can see the live status online!

If you don’t recall your password, just type in the email address you used when you placed the order and click “Forgot your password?” to recover and login.

This means that you can avoid our call queue if you’re waiting in it 😉 Otherwise, give us a call at 866-638-8402 if you want to speak to a representative. I leave it in your hands!

LG Optimus G2 Front Glass Repairs announced!

Hello again to all my friends that love electronics like myself!

We are happy to announce a brand new service today for a new Smartphone – that is an amazing phone I might add – to help anyone that has a cracked screen.
