iPod Touch 6 Repairs Anounced!

Hi there everyone,

Mission Repair is happy to bring a full line of services and repairs for the iPod Touch 6 – and effective immediately we are taking orders.

iPod Touch 5 or 6…how can you tell the difference?

It’s not easy, but on the iPod Touch 5, there’s a “loop button” that you could attach a lanyard to…and the new iPod Touch 6 doesn’t have it!  The differences are on the inside.  The Processing chip is one of the two biggest upgrades in the new iPod touch. It matches the iPhone 6 with a 64-bit Apple A8 SoC – a huge step forward from the 2011-era A5 found in the old model.

The camera is the other big upgrade in the new iPod touch. Its rear camera has the same 8 MP resolution that the last four iPhone flagships (starting with the iPhone 4s) have had.

The great news is that we re now offering a full line of repairs, and have already satisfied several customers (fixing broken screens mostly!)  So if you find yourself having problems with your new Touch, give Mission Repair a call.
