Progress is being made, and there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

Hello friends,

We’re working around the clock to get our new Mission Repair Express location done and open. In fact we are still ahead of schedule and with a grand opening date of 4/1/14, I’m almost 100% sure that we’ll be ready in just about 2 weeks. That means that things are going well with the build-out and these 12 hour days are going to pay off!

We have most of the sheet rock installed except for a few places that I’ve purposely left open for the wiring of the alarm and camera systems…and those are going in today!

The veins pumping data into our new Express location!

Now, all that’s left to do is “finish”. We are installing the remaining sheet rock, paneling, slatboard and countertops this weekend. After that the floor is going to be installed, and then I’m going to “install” a few employees so we can flip on the lights and unveil the world’s first Mission Repair Express…I have a feeling that these will start popping up all over the country. Ok, I won’t get ahead of myself just yet…one at a time Ryan 😉

So it’s back to work for me…thanks for reading and I’ll talk to you again shortly.

Sincerely, Ryan

Kiwi green – my new favorite color.

Hello friends, it’s been a while since my last blog post.

We’ve been working 12 hour days and I finally got to take a few days off to head to the woods with a few friends. We rented a cabin, locked ourselves inside, and did what a bunch of guys would do without the stresses of “normal” daily life. We did absolutely nothing! I have to admit, the BBQ steaks were a highlight. Darrin brought 7.5 lbs of porterhouse steaks for the 5 of us…and they were truly amazing last Saturday night!

Well, we’re back from the fun and in my office which is really “my reality”. My home away from home so to speak. In a few hours, I’ll be heading back to our new location in Mission, Kansas to install our new Kiwi counter tops at Mission Repair Express, which is due to open on 4/1/14. Yes, the counters are Kiwi green…a perfect match for our retail location! Here we are carrying them into the warehouse last week:

MIssion Repair Express

We’re getting close- the floors will be installed this week and then the cleanup begins…we will be stocking the site and open for business. I’m really excited about the progress we’ve made and we’re on the final push. There’s been a lot of talk about Mission Repair Express- but let’s not forget about the mother ship, our Corporate Headquarters and Main Service Lab in Olathe – which is expanding too and will be open in just about a week. I look forward to posting a few blogs about this progress soon; the reception area is amazing and we’ll even have a customer waiting room with television, food and drinks in comfort. I know that you’ll appreciate it when you visit us.

We had a record breaking number of customers come to our Olathe site last weekend (while I was out “sitting” at the cabin), and I wanted to thank each of you for visiting.

I’m back in the saddle helping out the production line getting these repairs done as quickly as possible. If you’re waiting to pick up your device, our new automated calling system should be dialing your number soon; thank you for your business.

Ok, more awesome Mission Repair news coming soon, have a great day

Ryan

Harvester’s food drive and Mission Repair deal of the day!

Hello friends of Mission Repair –

If you didn’t receive our newsletter on Friday, then you have no idea that we are having an amazing food drive that is far exceeding my expectations already this morning. In addition, we actually even received a cash donation from a customer that brought in an iPhone for repair. The generosity of the public is overwhelming.

In fact, if you visit us today and bring a canned food item that we will donate to the Harvesters of Kansas City, we will give you 15% off of any repair. Just check out the details here.

There’s been a line at times up in the front office but rest assured that we are trying to do our best to make sure that not only the families of Mission Repair have a good Thanksgiving day, others around the city will too. Bring in the donation (you don’t need to buy anything from us to do so) and we will deliver the batch of goods to the Kansas City Harvesters tomorrow. I’ll personally take the delivery to them and double the amount of goods donated.

It feels good to give when others are in need, and you can feel good to while also enjoying 15% off of that iPhone repair today.

Take care, Ryan

What separates Mission Repair from the rest? Let’s talk…

Hello everyone, I’m going to cut right to it. . .

We have a value-added benefit that was originated and invented right here at Mission Repair. It’s our GOT REPAIR limited warranty that no one else offers and it’s needs to be heard!

There’s no question that glass repair on iPhones, iPads, iPods and Laptops is our biggest selling service- we are replacing glass panels more than all of our other services combined. The issue is that our customers have accidents. This is really the bottom line and it’s typically when one drops their device on a hard surface like a parking lot. Normally this will cause the glass to shatter and sometimes render the touch-digitizer useless!

Of course, Mission Repair is THE SERVICE CENTER OF CHOICE, and we’ll get that glass replaced, tested and sent back to you within a day. A lot of our competition have adopted this very process as well, but there’s more than meets the eye.

What the competition isn’t doing is offering a LIFETIME REPLACEMENT BENEFIT if you use our service. Let’s dig a little deeper into the details:

1. Let’s say you crack your glass, you shop around, then then you decide that Mission Repair is the reputable, stable, best service provider you can find. Congratulations, you’re in good company. 100,000 customers can’t be wrong!

2. We’ll replace that cracked glass for you, with a brand new part in 24 hours and get it back to you at a fair up-front price. You’re in control of the repair at all times!

3. Now, you’ve got your device back and you’re happily moving along with your life and imagine what would happen if you had a second accident. SMASH! What to do? If you used another repair center, you’d have to once again pay full price to have your device repaired, even if the second accident happened within a day of the original repair! NOT AT MISSION REPAIR!

4. You’d immediately dial 866-638-8402 and tell one of our friendly sales reps that answers the phone “GOT REPAIR”!

5. The friendly representative will set up a “GOT REPAIR” order in our system and explain what to do next – the bottom line is that you’ll NEVER pay full price again, as many times as you need, FOREVER. This is an amazing peace of mind because as you know well enough – accidents can happen, and Mission Repair is here to help.

Want details on our GOT REPAIR program benefits? Click here! It’s the best iPhone insurance money can buy, and we don’t even charge you for it when your initial repair is made!!

OK folks, back to the telephones- they are blazing up today. I think it’s the impending holiday weekend that is approaching, everyone is scrambling to get their repair orders in and shipped back out.

Take care, Ryan

Cell Phone and iPhone Repair for Christmas? You bet!

Good afternoon folks!

It never fails and it’s happened a dozen times today alone. . .a customer will call and ask for an iPhone Glass repair – and asks if it will be done by Christmas – because the repair itself is a Christmas present for a loved one!

It makes me wonder how many broken devices are hanging around out there in the world. My guess would be “a bunch” 😉

So to assure you, and the bunch of other people that are questioning whether or not we can get our iPhone Repairs done by Christmas: we can have your device repaired by 12/23 if you can get it to us by 12/22/11!

This means that you’re in good shape. You can procrastinate a little longer. I know all about it, I’m one of those “Christmas Eve shoppers” too.

Just remember that you only have a couple of weeks, but what’s a better gift than giving someone the repair that they need?

Mission Repair is here to help.

Happy Holidays! Ryan
