How much does a cracked screen on an iPhone cost to repair?

Good afternoon!

This comes up constantly in our business – both on the phone and with our walk-in customers…we get the question “how much does it cost to have my iPhone repaired?”

Get a repair price from anywhere in the world on your iPhone, Tablet or Computer. Or give us a call!

Get a repair price from anywhere in the world on your iPhone, Tablet or Computer. Or give us a call!

We are trained and ready to help answer your questions. There’s another solution however; all of our pricing is on our website for you to get a repair price IMMEDIATELY. In fact, you can see all of our pricing UP FRONT, there’s no need to proceed with a checkout, get the service into the cart to see if there are additional charges, etc. We don’t “nickle and dime” you at the last minute with additional fees after you’ve inputted your credit card number or address- again it’s all UP FRONT and viewable 24 hours a day!

Why is this important? We have nothing to hide. In fact there are many repair companies that charge different prices for different states and regions; there are iPhone repair companies that charge different prices depending on what store or representative you call within the SAME CITY.

AT MISSION REPAIR we charge the same price whether you live in California, Maine or anywhere in between!

As a consumer myself, I prefer to know what the price of my purchase will be up front rather than being “blind” to the fact…and either have to make a phone call and wait on hold for someone to respond, or send an email and wait for a response that way;

We here at Mission Repair have ALWAYS had our pricing on our website for the world to see. In fact, we set the benchmark for pricing constantly. Our sales people are not on commission – they do not benefit by charging one customer more than another. It’s the best way to get honest and consistent information and it’s truth.

So the next time you’re looking for a price on an iPhone 5S Screen Repair, it’s as easy as clicking on http://www.missionrepair.com then ask yourself why the “next guy” isn’t confident enough to present pricing up front. There’s a reason for that, and you should be aware of it.

To Repair Or Not Repair?

Hello everyone,

To repair or not repair? That is the question of the week. With every September, comes an Apple media event. With an Apple media event, comes newly released products and with newly released products comes that question. . .Should I repair this broken Smartphone screen? Some of you might be looking to switch from an Android or Windows phone, some of you might be limping along, for as long as you can, to get a glimpse of the new products before you make your decision. And some of you might be just like my friend Darrin, his iPhone 5S is perfectly fine (but he’s been living with a cracked screen for some time), but he’s the kind of guy that likes the newest product that Apple has to offer! For those of you that are saying that, this post might not be for you 🙂 So lets talk for a moment on what Apple is expected to release via the rumor mill. We are anticipating two new iPhone products. The iPhone 6 with a 4.7″ screen and the iPhone 6 with a massive 5.5″ screen.

The iPhone 6 should bring the following features:

-Rounder and thinner designs
-Tapered screens that apparently taper off at the edges
-Optical Image Stabilization for clearer pictures and a 10MP camera
-A sapphire screen for superior scratch resistance
-iOS8

So with those features in mind, the question becomes, can I live without the latest and greatest from Apple? I’m going to stay with my iPhone 5 for a while…faced with the same dilemma, it is easy to see from the information provided, that Apple is not going to release a game changer tomorrow for me.

Alright, so I know my opinion may not be that convincing, but let me shed some light on the facts of repairing over replacing:

-It is usually cheaper to repair your Smartphone, than replace (Consider the new 2 year agreement you are about to sign up for)
-It’s green (Meaning you don’t have to contribute to a growing worldwide e-waste problem)
-You don’t have to deal with the hassle of moving over all of your data over (I recently had to do this…not fun)
-It most cases, you are supporting a local business

Ok, so if you are dead tired of your old iPhone 3GS or Samsung GS3 and are just ready for something new, let me make a case for you. Did you know that you could sell that old Smartphone? You can find many business that will buy your old device from you. You could also sell them yourself on eBay or Craigslist and Apple has even started their own trade in program so you can use that against the purchase of new products in their retail stores. In every case, you will make substantially more with a fully functioning Smartphone than a broken one. It logical.

I hope this sheds some light on why its a good thing to repair instead of completely replace your smartphone when an event like tomorrow is upon us. If you choose to repair and keep, repair and replace or repair and give away as a gift, the common denominator here is REPAIR! Don’t let that smartphone end up in the garbage or in your bottom drawer for years to come!

Take care, Ryan

Gesundheit!

Good afternoon friends-

How was your Labor Day? I had a nice relaxing day yesterday…all except for the fact that my allergies to the pollen in the Kansas City area have been terrible. It feels like I’ve been eating OTC allergy medicine for my meals recently 😉 The last couple of weeks have been a little miserable, and it seems like Sudafed just isn’t helping any more at this point. So I’ve upgraded to the pseudoephedrine/cetrizine combination which seems to be working…

Summer allergies.

So I think I have the itchy eyes and sneezing under control this afternoon which feels great! I normally don’t have this kind of “hay fever” this late in the year; it probably has something to do with the climate changes in the world today.

Anyhow, that’s enough about my medical problems for today and I’ll be back tomorrow with a few great blogs. I have the ideas flowing. Did you see Melanie’s blog earlier today about our new pricing on the iPhone, 5, 5C and 5S screen repairs? It’s been a huge hit.

I’ll talk to you again tomorrow, have a good night.

Ryan
