As promised – “ACTION!”

Hello folks, did you see us last week on the air live?

Want to see how the best repair enter in the country (That’s us at Mission Repair) can repair an iPhone? It’s here live in our segment that aired on NBC!

Guess what? We have been invited to run 6 more of these spots over the next couple of months so stay tuned to that TV, I’ll be bringing more great live entertainment (and a few surprises) soon!

Thanks, Ryan

Wow. Let’s drop some prices together.

Hello there folks, we’re at it again.

We’ve evaluated our pricing once again on our iPhone Glass Repairs and we are happy to announce an amazing price new price that is effective immediately with NO COUPON CODE NECESSARY- 24 hour service, we’re in your corner.

iPhone 3G Glass Repairs are now just $29!

We have secured a HUGE lot of replacement glass assemblies- these are hot off the manufacturing line and carry a full 1 year manufacturers warranty on the part and labor. Additionally, when you have your glass repaired with us and if you ever crack or break it again anytime in the future, and as many times as you break it – hopefully you have a little control 😉 you’ll never pay $29 again because our Got Repair benefits kick in on those future repairs. Yeah, we will automatically include you on the Got Repair benefits too!

Add $5.50 for return shipping ANYWHERE IN THE USA and it makes it an easy decision. Need us to pick up your phone from your location? We will do that too! Set up your order and we will email you a pickup label immediately or even send out the appropriate packaging overnight!

Why is this blog and price so amazing? It’s because we won’t be beat. We always try to pass on price savings to our customers and we strive to keep our reputation and business on the top of the market.

BAM!

Take care, Ryan

4 years in a row? We’ve got to be doing something right!

Hello all, it’s the middle of Cyber Monday. Our phones are ringing off the hook. We’ve had the lines lit up all morning and we’re actually truly just getting started. I’m in love with it and Mission Repair is rocking!

Amidst all the activity, I was informed today that we have done it again. The Mission Repair website has won the GOLD AWARD (top honors) on the independent TopTenREVIEWS website for the 4th year in a row and is recognized as the Best iPhone Repair Website on the internet! You can read the independent review here!

This is not an easy task. Just take a look at their criteria, and we’re judged on:

Website Format
Extras
Customer Service
Security
Community
Turnaround Time
Shipping Options

We made top honors in all categories! In fact we made top honors among ALL OTHER REPAIR WEBSITES on the internet. The great part about this review is that we didn’t do anything special to persuade it – we do all of these things well every day, for every customer. We can talk about ourselves all day long but it’s these kind of reviews that are our real report card. . .

As I write this blog the phones lines continue to stack up. I’m going to assist with a few calls maybe it’s you on the line now 😉 Please hold, I’ll be right there.

Take care, Ryan

Cyber Monday and Black Friday. Which to choose?

Hello all, the biggest shopping weekend of the year is approaching us! I’m gearing up for my own personal shopping extravaganza and have a feeling that I will be out among the masses early Friday morning.

A lot of people have been asking “are you going to have a coupon code for Black Friday?” The answer is YES!!!

Just use coupon “BFRIDAY” to receive 15% off of your order on BLACK FRIDAY ONLY, 11/25/11, midnight to midnight. This will work for any iPod repair, iPhone glass repair, or any other service that we offer, including parts! Don’t try to use it today, it won’t work today. . .it will only work for orders placed online on BLACK FRIDAY.

Additionally, we’ll have a CYBER MONDAY coupon code released early Monday Morning. This is going to be a fun one that everyone will enjoy, I promise.

OK, I’ll be back shortly with some pics of our annual Mission Repair Thanksgiving luncheon that is happening within the next hour. I can smell the ham roasting and the fixin’s brewing. Good thing there’s a ton of food for all of us. . .heck if you’re in the area stop by and I will fix you a plate. Just come in the front door at our Olathe location and ask for me.

I’ll be back soon, Ryan

I just registered the kids for school!

Hello all, I got an automated email from my kid’s high school suggesting to register them this week, which I did. I went through the information, gave them my payments, added money into their lunch accounts and clicked “Register NOW”. I think that I might not tell them yet. . .that I registered them. . .because it just brings some “reality” to the summer. I mean they have been off of school for a couple of months now and the SHOCK of thinking that they have to go back soon has not become a reality yet.

I think that I’ll be a good dad and give them another week of no stress or worry about getting back to the classroom.

Summer as a child is an amazing time. I can still remember the feeling of being “free”, staying up late and sleeping in. Swim parties and the beach were always on my mind!

That being said, we’ve had a ton of summer “mishaps” coming through our repair center, liquid damage being a huge culprit. Water and electronics don’t play well and we’re continually dealing with liquid damaged iPhones and iPods. It’s a normal thing here at our repair center and we have a few tips and tricks that can help increase your odds when this might happen to you. Click here if you’ve gotten your iPhone wet!

Regardless let’s issue a new coupon code today. I was intending to give a new coupon out on Friday of last week – thanks for everyone’s patience. I was out of the office until today, so this one will be good through Sunday, 7/24/2011. Just use coupon code “school” to immediately get 10% off of your iPhone repair, or any other repair service or part that we offer, expires on July 24, 2011 at midnight!

Until school starts, enjoy that long hot summer and we’ll be back soon to talk a little more business!

Best, Ryan
