iPad Screen Repair Center – yes, in your hometown.

Good afternoon-

Did you know that we can repair your iPad, even if you’re located in Denver, Colorado? But what if you live in Austin, Texas? Or maybe Atlanta, Georgia?

overnight

Mission Repair DOES take walkins at any of our locations with no appointment necessary, but the main core of our business is still mail-in repairs. In fact, we can pick up your device even if you live in Concord, California. We will take the guesswork out of mail-in services, and it’s one of the reasons we can keep our prices low. In fact, we cover the entire 48 States top to bottom and on a daily basis it’s good to get to know a customer that lives in Boise, Idaho. We chat on the phone, decipher what is wrong with your iPad, have it picked up from your location, repair it, and deliver it back to you.

There’s no better way to get an iPad, iPhone, iPod or other hand held electronic device repaired if you don’t want to battle the traffic, lines and congestion of a retail location.

Yes, of course you can stop by one of our locations and drop it off as well…But since we don’t have a store in every town across the country we make things simple by completing your repair remotely.

Interested in sending your device into us? Give us a call 866-638-8402 and we’ll be glad to help you out!

Take care, Ryan

Have that family iPad repaired in time for Christmas.

Hi there everyone, Santa may be filling his sleigh with amazing presents for you, but maybe there’s something that Santa can’t deliver – but Mission Repair can!

Every year we have thousands of customers send in their devices for repair each December, and a lot of them are scrambling to get their devices repaired as Christmas presents! That’s right, this is a present that you can’t get in stores, and you can’t get from Santa (he doesn’t have any elves that repair electronics!) but you can get from Mission Repair.

iPad repairs are a huge selling service here at Mission Repair and we have parts in stock and incredible prices- and one thing that we do have in common with Santa is that we offer FREE SHIPPING. We won’t bring it to you in a sleigh, it’ll arrive via FedEx, but nevertheless it’ll be delivered back to you FREE! If you get your orders in now, there’s plenty of time to get it back before the Christmas holiday so don’t delay!

Happy Holidays, Ryan

The key to success!

Hello everyone, here’s a pic of Kim (in sales) entering our Service Lab:

Notice that she’s holding a key card with a smile? We just had our new security system installed and there’s a reason that I’m blogging about it.

I want all of my customers to know that when you use Mission Repair, we are doing everything we can to make sure that your device (and data) are safe. We have a very secure building with night-vision cameras, state of the art security system, time lock solid-core security doors, a key-card entry system (with a sensor on every door – except for the bathrooms!) and even a locked secure cage that keeps your device secure in the event that it needs to spend the night at our service lab. I’ve also got a few other goodies installed that keep me comfortable when we’re away, I’ll keep these surprises to myself 😉 We can even track the movements of our employees within the business to see who is where at all times. Is it “Big Brother Watching”? No. It’s the smart thing to do and it keeps us all accountable!

Why do we do all of this? It’s for peace of mind. We’ve never had to deal with a burglary or break in at our repair center (KNOCK ON WOOD!) and our customers like knowing that we’re not just some fancy website without the operations to back up our business. Keeping our customer units safe and secure is a top priority while we have possession, period.

It’s one more Reason to trust Mission Repair with your broken iPad or MacBook Repair. We’re the Intelligent Choice.

Take care, Ryan

View our newest commercial online – or just watch NBC and FOX.

Hello again folks, our newest commercial has launched and is rolling- we’re hearing all day today “I saw your commercial, I have a broken (FILL IN YOUR BROKEN IDEVICE HERE) and I need it fixed!”

In this commercial, our “BUSY BUSINESSMAN” is trying to get in a quick workout during his lunch hour – while still trying to send emails and chat with a co-worker. Of course, he gets a little ahead of himself and gets caught up in his “deal” – the cute girl working out next to him is too much for him to handle.

SMASH! Another iPad that needs work at Mission Repair!

We’re having fun with our Mission Repair commercials and the response has been overwhelming. Why don’t you check them out for yourself? They are kinda fun.

Best, Ryan

Mission Repair Employee Olympics – 3rd event!

Good afternoon again folks. Our March event is in the books! This month it was a head-to-head “stinky cheese” tasting contest where each contestant had 6 kinds of cheese to taste and make a decision as to what each was.

We rallied in the Mission Repair breakroom after hours last night and found that it’s harder to tell what kind of cheese is what even when you think you know about them. There’s one hint: “American Singles” weren’t a choice. We went to great lengths to get a good variety of truly amazing cheeses to try – and many employees had not even tried them before – so watching them pop a hunk of Gorgonzola in their mouth was kind of funny. By the way, fresh Gorganzola is truly a “stinky cheese” 😉 I love it!

So in the end, Albert came out as the big winner. Albert is one of our expert iPad Repair technicians and he’s entered to win the trip to Manhattan at the end of the year and he will also get his very one signature “Mission Repair Tshirt” designed, printed and distributed next month. Want one of his tshirts? Email him here to get on his waiting list!

Take care, Ryan
