iPad Screen Repair Center – yes, in your hometown.

Good afternoon-

Did you know that we can repair your iPad, even if you’re located in Denver, Colorado? But what if you live in Austin, Texas? Or maybe Atlanta, Georgia?

overnight

Mission Repair DOES take walkins at any of our locations with no appointment necessary, but the main core of our business is still mail-in repairs. In fact, we can pick up your device even if you live in Concord, California. We will take the guesswork out of mail-in services, and it’s one of the reasons we can keep our prices low. In fact, we cover the entire 48 States top to bottom and on a daily basis it’s good to get to know a customer that lives in Boise, Idaho. We chat on the phone, decipher what is wrong with your iPad, have it picked up from your location, repair it, and deliver it back to you.

There’s no better way to get an iPad, iPhone, iPod or other hand held electronic device repaired if you don’t want to battle the traffic, lines and congestion of a retail location.

Yes, of course you can stop by one of our locations and drop it off as well…But since we don’t have a store in every town across the country we make things simple by completing your repair remotely.

Interested in sending your device into us? Give us a call 866-638-8402 and we’ll be glad to help you out!

Take care, Ryan

School is out!

Hello friends, school is out!

Well it is here in Kansas anyway. My daughter Tayler finished her second year of college this week and she’s on her hiatus until the fall. My son Casey finished his Junior year of high school and shot me a text yesterday at 11:36am saying “I’m done!” It’s also apparent as several of our customers this morning had their children with them when visiting us here at Mission Repair- Summer Vacation is upon us. My wife Dandra who is an Elementary school librarian, is officially on Summer break today at noon. Yup, I’m a bit envious.

We don’t get to take summers off here at Mission Repair 😉

I spoke to my oldest friend Nolan who still lives in California and he said that his kids are still in school for a couple more weeks…so it’s just starting to happen around the country.

This means summer vacations, BBQ cookouts, family time and nice weather (hopefully) for the most of us, with thoughts of splashing in the water – that just sounds good.

Personally I’ve got “boating” on the mind and we’re jazzed up to get some sunshine soon. This Memorial Day Weekend marks the beginning of summer for a lot of us and as of right now it appears that I have 3 days off without anything planned which is a first! We all need to take a break from time to time.

Whatever your plans are I hope you spend a little time enjoying your weekend. We have a great newsletter going out this afternoon with a special attached for anyone that might need our services over the weekend; so stay tuned and have a great day.

Take care, Ryan

New Mobile Site = launched!

Countdown…5-4-3-2-1 and we have liftoff!

We just launched our newest version of our mobile site today and I have to say, it turned out great!

Mission Repair

Now on MissionRepair.com we have updated, innovated, and invigorated our mobile site (that’s the website that you see from your mobile phone) to be easier to use. In fact, we have a complete solution for browsing prices and even checking out on your hand-held device that is easier than ever before.

What brought on this change?

During our website analysis we noticed over 10,000 visitors a month that use a smartphone to view our website were dropping off after the first page. Why were a lot of you doing that? I already know…it’s because our mobile landing page was pretty bad (I admit it) and we have now solved the problem. A special thanks Melanie in the graphics department, she pushed me to make the change happen quickly!

So, if you’re reading this blog on a smartphone (like I know a lot of you do), all you need to do now is click this link to see what’s new in the Mission Repair mobile world. It’s refreshing. If you’re not on a mobile device, then you’ll be presented with the same awesome webpage that you’ve come to know and love.

Have a great weekend everyone – I’ll be working tomorrow to catch up on a few loose ends here at the office so if you need me you know where I’ll be.

Take care, Ryan

Progress is being made, and there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

Hello friends,

We’re working around the clock to get our new Mission Repair Express location done and open. In fact we are still ahead of schedule and with a grand opening date of 4/1/14, I’m almost 100% sure that we’ll be ready in just about 2 weeks. That means that things are going well with the build-out and these 12 hour days are going to pay off!

We have most of the sheet rock installed except for a few places that I’ve purposely left open for the wiring of the alarm and camera systems…and those are going in today!

The veins pumping data into our new Express location!

Now, all that’s left to do is “finish”. We are installing the remaining sheet rock, paneling, slatboard and countertops this weekend. After that the floor is going to be installed, and then I’m going to “install” a few employees so we can flip on the lights and unveil the world’s first Mission Repair Express…I have a feeling that these will start popping up all over the country. Ok, I won’t get ahead of myself just yet…one at a time Ryan 😉

So it’s back to work for me…thanks for reading and I’ll talk to you again shortly.

Sincerely, Ryan
