iPad Screen Repair Center – yes, in your hometown.

Good afternoon-

Did you know that we can repair your iPad, even if you’re located in Denver, Colorado? But what if you live in Austin, Texas? Or maybe Atlanta, Georgia?

overnight

Mission Repair DOES take walkins at any of our locations with no appointment necessary, but the main core of our business is still mail-in repairs. In fact, we can pick up your device even if you live in Concord, California. We will take the guesswork out of mail-in services, and it’s one of the reasons we can keep our prices low. In fact, we cover the entire 48 States top to bottom and on a daily basis it’s good to get to know a customer that lives in Boise, Idaho. We chat on the phone, decipher what is wrong with your iPad, have it picked up from your location, repair it, and deliver it back to you.

There’s no better way to get an iPad, iPhone, iPod or other hand held electronic device repaired if you don’t want to battle the traffic, lines and congestion of a retail location.

Yes, of course you can stop by one of our locations and drop it off as well…But since we don’t have a store in every town across the country we make things simple by completing your repair remotely.

Interested in sending your device into us? Give us a call 866-638-8402 and we’ll be glad to help you out!

Take care, Ryan

Progress is being made, and there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

Hello friends,

We’re working around the clock to get our new Mission Repair Express location done and open. In fact we are still ahead of schedule and with a grand opening date of 4/1/14, I’m almost 100% sure that we’ll be ready in just about 2 weeks. That means that things are going well with the build-out and these 12 hour days are going to pay off!

We have most of the sheet rock installed except for a few places that I’ve purposely left open for the wiring of the alarm and camera systems…and those are going in today!

The veins pumping data into our new Express location!

Now, all that’s left to do is “finish”. We are installing the remaining sheet rock, paneling, slatboard and countertops this weekend. After that the floor is going to be installed, and then I’m going to “install” a few employees so we can flip on the lights and unveil the world’s first Mission Repair Express…I have a feeling that these will start popping up all over the country. Ok, I won’t get ahead of myself just yet…one at a time Ryan 😉

So it’s back to work for me…thanks for reading and I’ll talk to you again shortly.

Sincerely, Ryan

What are you doing Sunday? We have a pigskin special you might want to read about.

Hello Mission Repair friends-

We’ve been in the news lately and even on NBC new last week. If you haven’t heard, Mission Repair (and businesses like Mission Repair) are offering safe and convenient repairs for your trusty hand held electronics (like iPads and tablets) and have been doing so for many years.

Did you stock up on Velveeta for this weekend?

Did you stock up on Velveeta for this weekend?

In fact, 2014 will start our 7th year in business…and the 2014 Superbowl is just right around the corner!

This weekend represents a couple of amazing football games. First, we’ve got the New England Patriots playing against the Denver Broncos at 3:00pm est. Brady vs. Manning; this ought to be a great game. Then immediately thereafter, we’ve got the San Francisco 49ers playing against the Seattle Seahawks at 6:30 est. Kaepernick vs. Wilson. Not to be outdone by the earlier game, this matchup promises to be equally as exciting!

If you watch football at all, you’re likely finding yourself already making predictions and leaning toward who you think will be in the Superbowl in February, even if your team has already been eliminated from the playoffs.

If you don’t watch football at all- that’s ok. Just take a glimpse of a game and pick the team that has your favorite colors – because that probably has more bearing on the outcome of these games that anything else. You get what I’m saying? It’s all up in the air and anything can happen!

Here’s what I’m going to do. Do yourself a favor and watch these games. It’s only two – or at least watch the highlights of the games. Whichever of these teams scores the most touchdowns…I’ll give 5% off of your new repair order for each touchdown.

So, let’s make this clear: I don’t care who wins or when. But out of these 4 teams, whichever team scores the most touchdowns (extra points, field goals, safety’s are not included) I’m talking the team with the most 6 POINT TOUCHDOWNS we will extend 5% off for each. For example, if the Denver Broncos score 7 touchdowns this weekend, we will offer 35% off of any repair on Monday.

So here’s the catch: watch the games and find out which team scored the most touchdowns this weekend. Then call us between 8am and 6pm central standard time on Monday January 20th, 2014 and ask for the FOOTBALL SPECIAL. This offer is valid ONLY ON NEW PHONE ORDERS MONDAY JANUARY 20TH, 2014. If you call before or after our operating hours on Monday, the special will be over! Additionally, you won’t be able to combine this special with any other offer. I mean, I’m really putting myself out on a limb here. 7 touchdowns is NOT out of the realm of any of these teams!! Denver has already done that in the regular season…so it’s completely possible.

What happens if there’s a tie between two teams? Will you be able to double your savings? No, but that would be interesting 😉

This is a potential boatload of money savings for you, and a great time to get that iPhone or iPod repaired. Hut, hut, hike!

Have a great weekend, we’ll be talking on Monday for sure.

Best, Ryan

11,000 Facebook likes and climbing!

Hello friends.

This is my first breath of the day – it’s a rocking Monday here at the Mission Repair headquarters. I thought this would be the calm before the shopping “storm” that’s headed our way on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Ready – set – get your wallets out because the holiday shopping season is here!

So we’ve been fairly active on Facebook lately and just cracked 11,000 likes this morning. This is great news because the word is spreading fast and more and more people are talking about Mission Repair. I mean, we’re not Apple (that has almost 1 million likes I might add) but we are fans of Apple, and the Apple service specialists. You might even call us Apple geniuses but I wouldn’t want to take that title from the employees that work at the Apple Stores…we’ll let them have it 😉

Is this exciting news for you? Well, maybe not as exciting as it is to me, but it is a reminder to like us on Facebook so you can get the latest specials and posts that just might be of interest to you. It might even save you some righteous bucks on your next iPad repair.

I know for a fact that if you take a cracked iPad to the Genius Bar at Apple, you’ll be spending a heck of a lot more than if you brought it to Mission Repair – and we service the entire country.

Who’s the genius now?

Have a good afternoon, Ryan
