Good Morning!

Good Morning M:R Nation –

I hope everyone has had a great weekend. Mine included a a toy car, a toy car launcher and my eye ball… Ouch! I’m sure my 3 year old son didn’t mean to, but it definitely seemed calculated. Luckily my eye is feeling better today and I am ready for what Monday has to offer.

Something I have wanted to post for a long time is our Top Selling Products list. Like on most e-commerce sites, this is something you can find on various pages of missionrepair.com , but why not make it easy for you and just post it here? Below you will see data directly from out “back end” stats numbered 1-6. They have in no way been manipulated

I’m sure we will be seeing more of each other today, but until then –

HTC Droid Inspire Repairs at new lower prices!

Hello folks, I’m in the saddle here at the Mission Repair Base and we’re having a great week. Confidence is high as we make our way through the stacks of projects I’ve gotten us into 😉

I’ll be getting back to my project list shortly, because there is a ton of great news that comes along with these items. . .

Let’s jump into today’s special deal – we’ve received a new lower price on our HTC parts and we’re passing the saving on to you!

We lowered our HTC Droid Inspire Glass Repair to just $99 installed. This is a 20% savings from the manufacturer’s repair price and we’ll do it in 24 hours – which is MUCH better than the manufacturer turnaround. Additionally, we will automatically include your device in our GOT REPAIR program which means that if you ever break it again just give us a call. We’ll repair it again under our GOT REPAIR program benefits. It’s simply amazing!

HTC Inspire Screens in stock!

We are also now selling the LCD repair for the Inspire as well. The cell phone line of repairs is really expanding at Mission Repair but if you don’t see a phone on our list that you need repaired, just let us know and we’ll add it!

Have a good Thursday, Ryan

Plog bost.

Hello all- it’s that time of year. Tax season. You’d better get those babies done cause you only a couple months to go! It’s a hassle, but you can’t avoid it right? Please, those that are avoiding taxes need not respond, I don’t want to know 😉

So in anticipation, I’m lowering a few prices on the website. It’s my stimulus plan for those in need and want a high quality electronics repair at a great price. Remember we also offer do-it-yourself repair kits and with the help of a technician over the phone you might just be able to get your trusty iPod or iPhone working on your own!

That’s why Mission Repair is here, and this simple plog bost (um, I mean blog post) is just a reminder that we LOVE to keep your expensive electronics running. It’s a much better deal than buying something new every time you have a hiccup with a device.

iPhone repairs and Cell phone repairs at Mission Repair. And if you live outside of the State of Kansas, we don’t charge sales tax. Hows that for savings? Mission Repair cutting your 2011 tax bill!

Thanks, Ryan

HTC Phone services on the move!!!

Before I get to business, let’s talk about Word Flipper. What is word flipper you might ask? Just a cool little website I stumbled upon yesterday. Let me say that again:

˙ʎɐpɹǝʇsǝʎ uodn pǝlqɯnʇs ı ǝʇısqǝʍ ǝlʇʇıl looɔ ɐ ʇsnɾ ¿ʞsɐ ʇɥƃıɯ noʎ ɹǝddılɟ pɹoʍ sı ʇɐɥʍ

You might have guessed it. Word Flipper “Flips” your words for ya. Check it out and have some fun. I know, I’m probably 2 years too late on this one, but I had to talk about it anyway. It’s the risk I take blogging about things I find on the internet, but heck trust me it makes Facebook posts very cool. . .

OK, onto business. I was going to send this blog out earlier today, but to be honest we’ve had a line in the front office of walk-in business all morning, so it’s been a bit distracting and busy. Does everyone have the day off today?! I have somewhat of a break at this point, I checked in with Marc our webmaster, and we’re just about ready to “press” all of the new HTC cell phone repair services that we are offering. Here’s a partial list of phones we are servicing:

HTC Google G1
HTC Evo
HTC Droid Eris
HTC Desire
HTC Aria
HTC HD2
HTC Hero
HTC Incredible
HTC My Touch
HTC Touch Slide
HTC Nexus
HTC Tilt 2
HTC Touch
HTC Touch Pro
HTC Touch Pro 2

We’ve definitely launched into a new world over here at Mission Repair with our extensive list of popular cell phone and smartphone repair services. We are populating these categories as we speak so check back by the end of the day to see all of the related services and prices LIVE. Right here from your friends at the Award Winning Mission Repair.

Have a good weekend, Ryan

Mission Repair Quality Control. Does the competition stand a chance?

Happy Friday everyone- we are happy to bring another level of expertise and peace of mind when you use Mission Repair as your Apple Service Provider of choice. We have always performed Quality Control and Quality Assurance here in our service lab, but I just wanted to take the time to tell you a little more about it. When you receive a repair back from us, enclosed you’ll find a card that looks something like this:

What you see here is a culmination of work and double checks and pride that goes into each and every repair. On the left, you see your Technician’s name. In this case, it’s Brandon, with his email address and his telephone extension. On the right you see the Quality Control Technician, who is Huck, with his contact information listed as well.

How can we improve this? Let me know. After the technician performs his repair, the device is sent to the Quality Control Department for QA check. The QA Tech then a complete overview and assurance check of the part(s) that were installed, then places the QA Sheet into the box which moves on to shipping.

Could we make the repair process any better? Well of course we make mistakes. Of course we have warranty repairs that we need to perform. The fact is that we just have one of the best RMA rates in the business. That’s good for you and Mission Repair – it just takes a little extra work to make it right 😉

Hey everyone, have a great weekend. I’ll be out BBQ’ing with the family, my sister is up here from San Antonio so I get to spend a little time with the nieces!

See ya, Ryan
