Once in awhile, we see some pretty crazy stuff here at Mission Repair. A few days ago, a customer brought us what used to be a HTC One M9… it’s a phone that defies physics! This particular HTC One had a battle with… well, I’m not really sure- but it lost. The amazing things was that the back aluminum housing bent so badly that the buttons popped out, yet the front glass screen was not broken. Unfortunately, everything inside was bent or cracked so badly that it was BOE (beyond economical repair). RIP Mr. HTC.
I’ve heard a little rumor going around about a lot of retailers are talking about Black Friday in July- and it’s coming up this Friday the 25th!

What is Black Friday?
The day After Thanksgiving (Friday) is known as Black Friday. This also typically starts the holiday shopping season. Almost all stores come out with blockbuster sales and specials and early bird specials to attract consumers to their stores. People can stand in line hours before store is opened just to grab the bargain of the year. Almost every store has something that interests every one. For bargain hunters black Friday might be their biggest festival of the year.
So why is there a Black Friday in July? I think it was developed by retailers to give the bargain minded consumer another chance to get a great deal half-way through the year instead of waiting for the turkey to wear off. So we’re joining in!
Yes, Mission Repair will have some amazing never-before-seen-so-low specials this Friday 7/25/14. However we will only share them via our newsletter so you need to sign up now to get the savings!
Stay tuned – our first Black Friday in July is coming this week!
I hope everyone has had a great weekend. Mine included a a toy car, a toy car launcher and my eye ball… Ouch! I’m sure my 3 year old son didn’t mean to, but it definitely seemed calculated. Luckily my eye is feeling better today and I am ready for what Monday has to offer.
Something I have wanted to post for a long time is our Top Selling Products list. Like on most e-commerce sites, this is something you can find on various pages of missionrepair.com , but why not make it easy for you and just post it here? Below you will see data directly from out “back end” stats numbered 1-6. They have in no way been manipulated
As you can see, this list is mostly filled by Apple products, but our other repairs such as HTC, Samsung and Motorola services are getting up there! It looks like a Samsung repair service already found its way to up to the # 3 position. This list is always changing. There is just no way to tell whats going to break next!
I’m sure we will be seeing more of each other today, but until then –
Hello all, this CYBER WEEK has been amazing. We received a record number of orders on Cyber Monday. . .and then again a record number of orders on Cyber Tuesday. I’m continually amazed by the amount of response that we get from my blog postings – thanks so much for reading the Mission Repair Blog!
Well I want to put your mind at ease. . .we’ve hired 4 new employees within the last couple of weeks and I’m offering overtime to all of my technicians so we can stay on top of our service. In fact, we’ve come up with a new management style and management philosophy here at Mission Repair and this picture speaks for itself:
Hey, I was hoping to get a pretty good laugh from this 😉 Get it, we are hand cuffing the technicians to the tech bench? OK, it’s not completely true, because they get time off for good behavior as a benefit!
On a serious note we are rocking over here and I am just kidding of course Jake is not really cuffed to the desk. . .however I bet that he “feels” that he is. Confidence is high and we’re in the thick of it. I’ll talk to you again soon!
Hello folks, I’m in the saddle here at the Mission Repair Base and we’re having a great week. Confidence is high as we make our way through the stacks of projects I’ve gotten us into 😉
I’ll be getting back to my project list shortly, because there is a ton of great news that comes along with these items. . .
Let’s jump into today’s special deal – we’ve received a new lower price on our HTC parts and we’re passing the saving on to you!
We lowered our HTC Droid Inspire Glass Repair to just $99 installed. This is a 20% savings from the manufacturer’s repair price and we’ll do it in 24 hours – which is MUCH better than the manufacturer turnaround. Additionally, we will automatically include your device in our GOT REPAIR program which means that if you ever break it again just give us a call. We’ll repair it again under our GOT REPAIR program benefits. It’s simply amazing!
HTC Inspire Screens in stock!
We are also now selling the LCD repair for the Inspire as well. The cell phone line of repairs is really expanding at Mission Repair but if you don’t see a phone on our list that you need repaired, just let us know and we’ll add it!
Yeah, I said it. The electronics service and repair market is broken, and we’re going to fix it. We just released a new hint about our “Got Repair” program and we’re getting mighty anxious to launch the NEW STANDARD OF SERVICE on 3/1/11. Check it out on the exclusive GOT REPAIR website now!
This week’s hint: All “Got Repair” benefits are for the life if your device. No time limits or expiration dates.
Wow, it’s getting heavy now. How can anyone offer anything for the life of your device, especially iPhones? How can this relate to service? Well, let me tell you that no one has done this before and everyone will follow. We will reinvent the meaning of customer service and customer satisfaction and customer expectations. If you’re asking yourself “What more can Mission Repair offer on top of their Award Winning Service?” soon you’ll realize why Mission Repair is The Intelligent Choice.
Thanks, sorry for all the suspense, but we’re not quite ready yet for the release 😉
You might have guessed it. Word Flipper “Flips” your words for ya. Check it out and have some fun. I know, I’m probably 2 years too late on this one, but I had to talk about it anyway. It’s the risk I take blogging about things I find on the internet, but heck trust me it makes Facebook posts very cool. . .
OK, onto business. I was going to send this blog out earlier today, but to be honest we’ve had a line in the front office of walk-in business all morning, so it’s been a bit distracting and busy. Does everyone have the day off today?! I have somewhat of a break at this point, I checked in with Marc our webmaster, and we’re just about ready to “press” all of the new HTC cell phone repair services that we are offering. Here’s a partial list of phones we are servicing:
We’ve definitely launched into a new world over here at Mission Repair with our extensive list of popular cell phone and smartphone repair services. We are populating these categories as we speak so check back by the end of the day to see all of the related services and prices LIVE. Right here from your friends at the Award Winning Mission Repair.
