TV Repair at Mission Repair?

Hello again friends,

Well, it’s not official yet.  However since we have an amazing component level soldering staff and we’re repairing logic boards and other highly technical repairs in house, we are going to give a few items a try.  Our logic board repair division is growing rapidly, and if you’re a skilled component level technician and looking for employment, you should send us your resume!

1. Flat Screen Televisions

We understand that TV’s drop in price so quickly that there are not a lot of feasible repairs at times; however when your TV fails just out of warranty, it may be cost effective to have a repair performed unless you just like buying TVs and are prepared to do so.  Like the gadget repair industry we are in, there is a viable economic limit when something fails, and we always try to provide the best pricing to ensure usability of your expensive electronic devices.

2. Bose Sound Systems

Casey was kind enough to take this sale into our repair lab, and the customer states that “it doesn’t work”.  We are digging into this unit and if we can find a common or relatively simple solution for repair, we will begin providing services on these units as well.  We know that these systems are expensive to buy, so why not offer repairs on them as well?  Time will tell.

We’ve had requests for Radar Detectors, GPS units, and Beats Headphones as well.  We explore options as they come to us, but I feel a few new product lines heading to market from Mission Repair soon.

Last thing…when you search “screen repair” on Google, we will sometimes come up as a viable option.  However we have received multiple calls for “screen door repair”, and I want to let you know that we are not “screen door technicians”.  Just for clarification!  🙂

Take care, Ryan

Thanksgiving Holiday Hours

Good morning turkey lovers!

Just so you know, we’ve changed our business hours on our website for this week, and it is going to be a busy one!

Screen Shot 2015-11-23 at 10.34.31 AM

Yes, we will be closed on Thursday of this week for the Thanksgiving holiday, but we also have limited hours on Wednesday 11/25/15 – we will only be open at our locations from 10am to 2pm.  This will give our employees a chance to close up a little early

Then on BLACK FRIDAY, the day after Thanksgiving, 11/27/15, we will be open from 6am to 2pm ONLY.

Black Friday is one of our biggest days and we’re going to start early, so if you haven’t already done so, it’s time to sign up for our newsletter now so you can get in on the Black Friday specials that only happen at this time of year!

The Holidays are here, and so is Mission Repair.  Thanks I’ve got some more fun stuff to talk about shortly!

Indianapolis or bust!

Hello there-

We just finalized out plans to head to Indianapolis this week to secure our newest Mission Repair location and (maybe?) hopefully get the keys to the place!

We are hopefully locating in Fishers, Indiana…just North East of the Indianapolis downtown mega-center!

Our Fishers location will be strategic; it’s part of our long-term plan of growth of retail locations across the country. This means one thing for sure; our newest locations will be coming on line in a slow and methodical way. Mission Repair isn’t a franchise with different pricing, process or methods; and all of our technicians are trained in house.

I’ll be unavailable at the end of the week and it looks like we need to cram a week worth of work into just a few days. I’ll be here late, I should probably order take-out for dinner!

Have a great day, Ryan

Holy bananas, we’ve received in a record number of iPhone 6’s with cracked screen over the last two weeks. It’s clear to me that the demand for this service is on the rise.

Well, it’s not totally “full”, we can always take more 😉 At least I say we can, but I’d bet our technicians would think otherwise!

So head on into your nearest Mission Repair location to have your cracked iPhone 6 repaired, there’s never been a better time.

See ya, Ryan
