So we’ve been diligently working on our expansion here at Mission Repair and this is just a quick blog to let you know that the building is almost complete and our new call center should be open in January.
The number of telephone calls that we are receiving seems to be astounding! As of 2:15 today we are caught up on calls and we get to take a small breather before they light up again!
Here’s a rendering of our new call center in action:
Ha! Of course this is not a rendering of our new call center 😉 Actually, this is a picture of a 1926 Switchboard from somewhere in California and these ladies would answer the phone whenever you would dial “0” from a land line in their area. They stayed busy, but I’d put up any one of our Mission Repair employees against them any day! We know what busy feels like!
Our call center won’t have this many operators, however you do get a real live human being when you dial 866-638-8402 and THEN dial “0”. Our phone system is highly advanced, it will keep you in the queue and all of our calls are answered in the order in which they are received.
Try it, I dare ya!
Talk to you soon, Ryan
Good afternoon everyone- we’re officially announcing the Dell Streak 5 Screen Repairs (along with other Dell Streak 5 services) today!
In fact, we’ve received several of these in – they are kind of a tricky repair, however my technicians have this service on lockdown (that means that they are very good at it 😉
Before my technicians touch the Dell Streak.
After my technicians touch the Dell Streak. I like this shot.
The Dell Streak 5 (previously known as the Mini 5) is a smartphone/tablet PC hybrid from Dell that uses the Android operating system. It comes with a 5-inch (13 cm) capacitive touchscreen and two cameras, a 5MP one with dual-LED flash on the back and a VGA-resolution one on the front for video calling; both are capable of video. The development was first disclosed in June 2009 and in October 2009 it was known that the tablet is capable of making 3G phone calls.
The newest Streaks are running the popular Android 2.2 software and are highly desirable units!
The big question is, what do you do when you crack your Dell Streak screen? Well now you have the answer. Award winning Mission Repair is happy to announce this much needed service and we’re performing these repairs within 24 hours and each comes with a 1 year warranty. Awesome.
Hey, I’ll be back soon. We’re making some major changes to the website and they are coming along nicely!
Hello there. Ok, since my last post the snow really coming down now. It’s dropping in big flakes and I think that it’s going to be a winter wonderland before rush hour tonight. This means that we have to decide on how to get out of here in a few hours without getting stranded!
Well, since we’re stuck for a little bit we finished up a few more services that are guaranteed to grab some attention. . .normally I’ll post one blog entry per new repair but my team is loading up faster than I can get to them.
Mission Repair can service your Samsung phone!
So here I am getting caught up with my marketing. I know that it doesn’t give the individual attention to each of these new services but give me a break 😉 I’m still getting them out there and they will index on on the search engines soon. Without further delay:
Dell Streak 5 Glass Repair (this screen is HUGE!)
Samsung Continuum Glass Repair
Motorola BackFlip Glass Repair
HTC 7 Mozart Screen Repair
Motorola i1 LCD Repair
Whew, did you get all of that? I know, it’s a list of repairs. Well that was my goal today – to get these listed on our blog and get the marketing rolling. You’ll see these in the news shortly but you heard it here first! Another half dozen services to add to our lineup, just another reason to keep Mission Repair in mind when your mobile electronics fail.
Thanks, take care, Ryan
