Reliable MacBook Screen Repair at Mission Repair!

Hello all – we’ve been so busy working on our iPhone promotions and iPhone Protect Meβ„’ Plans, I don’t get a chance to talk much about our full line of Apple MacBook repairs. We’ve pioneered a way for end users to receive high-quality MacBook, MacBook Pro and even Unibody MacBook Repairs from any location in the US at unbeatable prices.

For example- if you take your trusty Black or White 13″ MacBook to an Apple Store or an Apple Service Provider (which charges Apple’s repair rates) you’ll find that the screen replacement will cost you about $700.

MacBook Screen Replacement

No, this is not a hybrid Zebra MacBook!

Not here at Mission Repair. In the same example, we only charge $189. Yes, we use the SAME make and model replacement screen that Apple and Apple Service Providers use. However, we also install it within 24 hours upon receipt and it is installed by an Apple Certified Technician. How do we have such a remarkable price? Our business is setup and designed for service. We are not in the market to sell you a replacement computer. We are in the business to keep your computer alive!

So next time you need an Apple Laptop Repair, give us a call first. I promise you’ll be thrilled!

To wrap up this blog post, I’m offering $20 off our phenomenally low 13″ Black or White MacBook Screen Repair to bring the total price down to $169 for the glossy version or $189 for the matte version, installed with a 1 year warranty. Yeah, you like it, it’s OK to admit it πŸ˜‰ Just use coupon code “macbooklcd” when checking out online or when you call in to get this fantastic deal! This coupon expires on June 15th, 2010.

Thanks again for all of our loyal readers, you make the world go ’round.

A little bit about Mission Repair, in case you didn’t already know.

Good afternoon everyone. If you’ve been watching the market (like Mac Rumors, Engadget, Apple Insider, CNN, NPR, Wall Street Journal and every other Mac-related blog lately) you might have heard a little about Mission Repair in the last couple of days.

Ryan Arter and Kyle Baccus, Owners

Kyle and I have been working together since 1994, where we began our careers working for a monitor and floppy drive repair shop. Yes, you heard me correctly, ERC was servicing computer monitors and floppy drives in the California Bay Area. The fun part about it was that we immediately began repairing Apple 13″ RGB Monitors and Apple AI (auto-inject) and Apple MI (manual-inject) floppy disk drives. Kyle was the Shipping Manager and I was the Apple Program Manager. . .We worked with the technicians and repaired THOUSANDS of these little goodies. This experience let us expand into the Apple market in which we are proud to be a part of today – I also picked up some super serious soldering skills during my tenure at ERC. Yup, that sounds like a surface mount soldering challenge πŸ˜‰

After several years of learning and planning, we continued to work together as a team – with a few interruptions in our careers – and a gutsy move out to Kansas City – but always talking and growing our knowledge in the field. After working on iPods, then iPhones and with our thorough knowledge of Macintosh Portables (we are both Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians) we started Mission:Repair with one goal in mind. To service customers in the most professional and “service oriented” way that we knew how. We just treat our customers as we want to be treated. That’s the magic potion!

Are we perfect? Naw. Do we want to be? Sure.

With this mentality in mind, we were able to land (totally independently I might add!) the prestigious “GOLD AWARD” by Top Ten Reviews for 2009 for best iPhone Repair Company. This review certainly solidified our business model and was an excellent testimonial to our dedication and commitment to our customers. Yes, it’s hard work. Yes, our families have had to put up with us. Yes we are rewarded daily by the thank you’s and happy customers.

On behalf of myself, and my partner Kyle Baccus, we invite you to get to know us better. If you’re in the Kansas City area, stop on by our clean commercial facility and we’ll be there. Enjoy a cup of cappuccino from our kitchen. If you’d like to send us an email, you can do that here.

EMAIL RYANEMAIL KYLE

OK, that’s all that I’ve got for now, but I hope this helps you understand us a little better. For all of our friends out there, we wish you a great February (it’s the LOVE month!) and be safe at the Super Bowl party. I think that I’ll be making my famous meatball sandwiches for my kids and loved ones this sunday. . .it’ll be a good day for that! I’m sure Kyle will be spending the Super Bowl with his wife and daughter – he’s also got a new little one on the way, but that’s a whole new blog entirely.

Take care, we’ll back back shortly with some more news and specials from all of us here at Mission Repair.

Best, Ryan

New phone system installed!

Hello friends- it was a late night here at Mission Repair – as we just upgraded our telephone system. The number of calls, especially since we added our exclusive MPG iPhone Protection Plans (like insurance for your iPhone) we just needed to make the upgrade!

I know it sounds simple or like basic business, but our new phone system is fantastic. It can handle several questions before you even need to speak to a live customer service representative. Of course, you can always get a live customer service rep on the phone during normal business hours, that’s never a question. However our system will now queue up the calls and give you an approximate hold time and position in line, if a line ever mounts up. What does all of this mean for you?

It’s a more efficient Mission Repair and a better customer experience. Period. That’s why we do it.

Try it out! Give us a call at 1-866-638-8402.

Take care, Ryan

New Mission Repair homepage look coming soon!

Hello again! I just finished a meeting with our Webmaster, Marc, and he’s finishing his newest project – redesigning our Homepage at Mission Repair. With a few tweaks and additions, we think that you’re going to be able to find your repairs faster and navigate our website even easier than before. Why the change? It’s because you asked for it. At no point do we want to confuse or lose customers due to website design!

Stay tuned for an updated look. Marc, I suggest you close your door, put your phone on “mute” and focus on the job. It’s gonna be great! New www.missionrepair.com homepage coming soon! (Shooting for Friday of this week!)

See ya, Ryan
