Terrifying Tuesday Video Blog – Part 2!

Hi again friends of Mission Repair – we are really having a great time this week. Now it’s time for you to get yourself involved and watch this video:

This was about 15 takes in because I kept on laughing. Ok so I admit it, we had a great laugh and most of the outtakes were because of me šŸ˜‰ If you can’t laugh at yourself, you’re taking life too seriously!

This is a fantastic time to get your device repaired – and receive a gift certificate for your next visit, or even to be given as a gift to a loved one!

Well, stay tuned for tomorrow’s special as we approach the festivities on Thursday. Until then, have a great day.

Macbook Pro Keyboard Repair Service!

Hello M:R Nation –

Coffee, beer, water, hot chocolate, motor oil… you name the liquid, we have seen it spilt on a keyboard. From one customers account, who has spilled multiple liquids on multiple computers, “It all happens in slow motion… I hit the cup with my hand and SPLASH, all over my keyboard….again!”

When something like a liquid spillage occurs, the results will vary depending on said liquid. The keys will stick, become “spongy”, fall off and in most cases, stop working all together. This makes it hard to input anything into your laptop. Most people resort to a usb keyboard. There is nothing fun about going to your favorite coffee ship and taking out your sleek Macbook Pro and then whipping out a huge keyboard. It’s called a “Laptop” for a reason :-).

Not a digitizer, but close!

Did you know that that trackpad that you use on a daily basis is glass? Yep, it’s a true story! The thing your finger slides on to control your Unibody Macbook is actually the same thing you touch when using your iPad and iPhone. Granted, it is a different color and it seems to be a little stronger. While your trackpad can crack like the above image, there is also the the treat of the touch or click function failing. If that occurs, this is still the service for you!

If you have any questions on this service, give us a call at 866-638-8402 or chat in, we would love to hear from you!

Cheers, Troy
