Happy Labor Day weekend, it’s almost here!
Mission Repair will be closed Labor Day, but we’re still here Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm local time. Rather than laboring at work, at home, or in the yard, a lot of consumers put their energy toward some serious bargain hunting on this special day. We’re here to help!
Come on down to one of our locations or place your order online and use coupon code “LABOROFLOVE” for a 15% discount on your new repair order now through Sunday 9/6/15 at midnight.
If you are stopping by one of our walk-in locations be sure to print off this blog and present it to your customer service representative. We hope you get to relax on Monday, fire up the BBQ, go to the lake, stay in to clean the house or do whatever makes you happy. But if you’re looking to save on that next iPhone, Mac or tablet repair, now is the time.
Have a great weekend,
Your Friends At Mission:Repair
(Offer cannot be combined with any other coupon, including Got Repair. Valid on NEW orders only. Expires 9/6/15 at midnight.)
Hello there, good morning blog readers!
Good news about my new location in Colorado, and we’re now officially “Finished” with this site. The new sign went up on Saturday!
I know, it’s just a sign. However this is a new venture for me because normally our signs are pretty simple and constrained by the city in which we reside, or the building limitations, or some other factors.
My Corporate headquarters and flagship retail store in Lakewood Colorado has what I would consider a “real” sign that’s LED lit and ready for action!
The process is not an easy one; personally I take business signs for granted and don’t think twice about them when I see them. Now that I’ve been in the “sign market” for about a year ordering, designing and having signs installed on our Mission Repair locations, it’s a task all in itself!
At this location, the fruits of my labor have paid off, and we can put this project to bed. See you in the store!!
Take care, Ryan
Good afternoon- if you’ve called into the Mission Repair toll-free number lately, you may have reached Ian; our newest superstar here at our Olathe location.
Ian comes from a customer service background, and I’m not kidding, he’s hit the ground running. The first day he was answering calls and jumping right in. I’m impressed.
You can email him here:
Or the next time you call into the Mission Repair main line, you might get him on the phone. Ian has plans to move into the tech department at some point which I am truly looking forward to.
Thanks Ian, welcome to the team. It’s great to have you.
Take care, Ryan
Hello friends, that’s me blowing my horn. It’s not a huge horn, it just goes “toot toot!” I try not to do that too much, but I just got this email sent over via our Mission Repair Website today:
Website Visitor Request

Description: I was very pleased with my recent experience with Mission: Repair in Olathe. Not only did you save me a lot of $$, but I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I feel as if you are very honest & reliable. I was telling my friends about my experience and one of them chimed in with a similar positive experience. Thank you, Bobbi L.

I remember this customer. I was in the front office at the time, saw her bring in her MacBook Pro…and stated that it was making a “whining” sound. The Apple Store said that it “wasn’t” the hard drive, so I opened it up!
What I found was a failing logic board fan. The bearing can go out on these guys faster than you’d like, and I had a new one in stock. I cleaned the inside of her laptop out, showed her the failing fan, installed a new one, powered it up and “VOILA!” the annoying sound was gone.
It was a good lesson for me too because it’s a reminder to all that those fans are there for a reason. When they start “talking” to you like this one did, it’s time to have it replaced. Once they fail it could cause the entire system to overheat and shut down permanently. Bobbi did the right thing and nipped it in the bud. She brought it here (after the Apple Store 😉 for a repair that was not only fast but affordable. Thanks for your business Bobbi!
Take care, Ryan
By now you’ve probably heard that we have a Grand Opening at a new Mission Repair location in Lakewood, Colorado on 2/2/15. The final preparations, marketing and training is happening now! In fact, I need to pack my bags again because I’m heading there tomorrow afternoon!
It’s true. Indianapolis, Atlanta, and Tampa are on the board and in the works.
We are currently training the new Store Managers at our Corporate Headquarters in Olathe, Kansas. Once they have the skills to perform the day-to-day operations of a retail store, they will be given the keys to the kingdom and grab the helm of their very own location. It’s an exciting time here at the Mission Repair headquarters and we are looking for several more Store Manager Trainees over the next 12 months, so check our Career listings page for openings. You might just want to be part of the Mission Repair experience too!
With all of that being said, we are also offering 10% off your next repair order starting today through Sunday 1/18/15 at Midnight, just use coupon code “MANAGER” to receive 10% off that next repair!
(Coupon cannot be combined with any other coupon or discount including Got Repair benefit. Valid on new orders only, expires 1/18/15 at midnight)
Thanks everyone, have a great night!
Take care, Ryan
