Allergies anyone?

Ok, this is a personal blog…and it’s time to talk about the allergy problem here in Kansas City this year.

Yesterday morning, our local weatherman said that the pollen count and mold counts are very high…this explains why I need to restock my Nasacort supply. By the way Costco has a three pack for a great price 😉

I’ve been wondering why I feel so terrible for the last few weeks- because my seasonal allergies are typically done in April. It seems like it’s been a long summer for sure.

I’m stocked up and ready for another month of ragweed. Yay. I apologize that if I sneeze when you call, I’m doing my best.

Anyone have and good remedies that I should try? It’s hard to concentrate on my work here at the office today, but I’m getting there.

*sniffle* – I’ll be back soon. Take care, Ryan

iPad One to One – let’s share!

Hello again and Happy Monday!

Earlier I was writing about Apple’s 1 to 1 iPad program that is sweeping the Nation, but there’s a lot to think about when you’re son or daughter receives the device and heads home.

ipadlearn

We work with several schools performing iPad repairs for students (well, actually the parents!) that have accidents, and many of them don’t realize some of the caveats of their iPad agreements that come with the device. Most schools that disperse iPads to students include agreements and policies that bind you to some rules. It’s for a great reason; mainly to ensure that the school gets their device back each year…but again each school has different rules when it comes to damages and subsequently the repair that is needed.

When you find that your policy doesn’t cover breakages…give us a call at Mission Repair. We repair iPads for schools all across the country, but even more we repair iPads for parents that find themselves responsible for the repair. This can be for a cracked screen, broken charging port, liquid damage or other issue that happens in life.

Just remember Mission Repair, we have a customer service representative standing by just for you.

Take care, Ryan

iPads + School in session = Cracked Glass

Good morning!

There’s a reason that both teachers and students love the iPad. It enables endless opportunities to create hands-on, customizable learning experiences. I’ve seen it first hand after visiting several schools in the area and watching children in the classroom use the iPad like it was always a part of their life. And now it is.

ipadsinschools

We’ve found many schools with a need for quick and professional service on cracked iPad screens; most institutions implement a fee on the parents for damages; others do not. While many schools are moving to the Apple “1 to 1” program starting as early as elementary school, the repair prospect is an expensive one for both the students and the schools.

This is where Mission Repair steps in. We offer customized programs for schools in the Kansas City area and across the nation. We don’t have restrictions or “deductibles”, and you don’t need to buy a service plan. When you’re in need, simply give us a call or set up a repair online. We will have your iPad up and running and back into your hands in no time. Have you ever seen a 7 year old with an iPad? I have…and I’ve also seen what can happen with a simple “slip, drop or oops!”.

Mission Repair is on hand and standing by.

To Schools: We accept Educational Purchase Orders, and we have been for almost 8 years. We are here for you!

Take care, Ryan
