One *MILLION* is such a lonely number…

No, this is not the newest release from Roxette and not a follow up to their hit song “One is such a lonely number”…kudos to you if you know what year that song was released though. I was a junior in High School 😉

Actually the number ONE MILLION is becoming part of a HUGE Mission Repair Celebration that’s soon to come. When we reach ONE MILLION unique Blog Readers (just like you); we are all going to party. As of today:

I will begin preparations now for the biggest discounts that you’ve ever seen, and we will have lots of fun at each of our locations on this momentus day. I have so many stats, so much data, and have had so much fun being a professional blogger that it’s really exciting to know that soon my blog will reach the 1 Million mark and I’m just going to share my excitement and thanks to everyone.

I’ve been asked many times “do you ever get writers block?” Heck yeah I do. Also, “how did you start your blog?”

That second question is simple. Create a blog on a free blog site, name it, and start typing. In fact, I follow several blogs including past Mission Repair customers, vendors, and others that I just admire. If you’ve got a blog that you author or if I can help you get started on your own blog, let me know and I’ll be happy to be a part of your blog circle. Just reply to post in the comments section and I’m there!

So the big day is coming…the “Mission Repair Million Celebration”…we get about 10,000 new readers each month, so at this pace sometime in October we should be there – whether that ends up being true or not, I’m not going to worry about it. It will happen when it happens, but rest assured that I’ll be right here to share in the big day.

Thanks for reading, Ryan

May deal of the month? Here you go…

Hello blog readers; it’s a heck of a day here at Mission Repair.  It’s Throwback Thursday, right?

Well, I don’t have much to talk about in the “throwback” arena today, but it’s no secret that Thursdays are usually the slow days for us at the office.   It’s a day to get caught up, to “over deliver” to our customers and to prepare for the following week.  But not today.  Today is completely different and we’re just plain ol’ busy at all of our locations today.

It’s interesting too; the rain is really falling hard here in Kansas but it’s not deterring our walk-in customers one bit.

So I’ve headed out to do a few errands and take a break…I brought my MacBook Air with me, and I’m at our local coffee shop as I type enjoying a cup of coffee and knocking out a few blogs.  It’s some good alone time if you know what I mean.

This month we are offering iPad Air Glass Repairs at the LOWEST PRICE TO DATE.  This means that for the entire month of May, you can enjoy $30 off that next iPad Air screen repair with NO COUPON NEEDED.

With all of the “summer time” preparations going on now, it’s a great time to get that iPad cracked glass repaired before it’s simply too nice out to want to do errands. Remember that this deal is good through the entire month of May, 2015 – no coupon necessary.

Have a great day. Ryan

This stinks!

Hello fellow animal lovers 😉

I was coming back from lunch to see a fine furry friend standing at the front door at Mission Repair in Olathe, Kansas. In fact, this little critter was standing up, paws on the front door, looking inside as my employees were watching from the safety of the office.

I pulled out my phone as fast as I could as he started to walk away:

In case you don’t see what I’m talking about, here’s a zoom in:

It’s a skunk! Yeah, we are close enough to the countryside here in Kansas so we can expect a few critters to approach once in a while. I’m not too afraid of getting near many animals, but skunks are one of nature’s creatures that I don’t really want to tangle with.

Ok, that’s all I have for you at the moment. Just a quick “nature shot” and now I can get back to work this afternoon. Pepé Le Pew.

Take care, Ryan
