Mission Repair Express – Indianapolis – COMING SOON!

Hello again everyone, you read that right…

I just posted a blog that I’ll be opening our first Mission Repair Express in Colorado in a few short weeks…the location is perfect, the site is staffed and I’m ready to have a Grand Opening soon.

Now that we’re “locked and loaded” in Lakewood, Colorado (a suburb of Denver), we signed an agreement to open a new site in Indianapolis, Indiana as well!

During the holidays, Indianapolis hosts a slew of fun Holiday themed events including the “Devour Downtown Winterfest”, the “Festival of Trees”, the “Circle of Lights” and the “Christmas at the Zoo”. This is an amazing city that I’ve spent some time in.

In fact, Dan McQuaid, a former Tackle for the Indianapolis Colts (A friend from a “lifetime” ago) retired from the Colts and moved from Indianapolis to Sacramento. I was his moving buddy as we filled up his Ford Bronco and made the trek from Indiana to California in the dead of Winter. This was back in 1990; I was freshly out of High School, and Dan was freshly into retirement. The best part about the trip was that I got to spend some time in the “underbelly” of the Colt’s stadium. Hang out where the players hung out…see the lockers, use the workout room, and see where the future “Hall of Fame” Quarterback Peyton Manning would eventually start playing in 1998.

So, with my personal experiences aside, the more exciting part of this blog is that we will be opening in Indianapolis soon. We are scouting locations, but have a lot of the parts in motion and will be deciding on an address shortly. Once we do, just like our new Denver site, it won’t take long for us to move in.

It’s interesting; we receive a significant amount of repairs mailed in from the Indianapolis region. More so than Colorado, so we will be sharing this info with our Indiana customers because we’ll be “locals”. Thanks for everyone’s patronage and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Thanks for reading…we’re dedicated to making sure that Mission Repair provides the best possible services and rest assured there’s a master plan that goes along with all of our new Mission Repair Express locations, and the competition won’t be able to keep up!

I’ll be back soon, Ryan

Mission Repair Express – Denver – Opening up soon!

Hello everyone,

I’ve been talking about a new repair center location in Denver, Colorado (specifically: Lakewood, Colorado) and we’re excited for this location to open!

In fact, I’ll be heading to Lakewood in a week and a half on Saturday 1/10/15. We’re going to be adding the signage and starting the move-in process. We’ve got the site staffed and it’s now just up to me to get some of the details arranged and organized. The internet service installed, the fixtures, the computers and alarm system are all going in shortly.

I’ve been through this process before, and truth be told, it’s an exciting time. I feel very confident about this location and once I get some of the signage up, I’ll post a few pictures. In fact, we received our very first Mission Repair Express “Lakewood” order already! Our customer is waiting for the location to open so he can deliver his MacBook for repair. Now that’s dedication! We have over 10,000 customers that have used us in the past from Colorado, and those customers are thrilled to have us move into the state. I love visiting…so it looks like I’ll be visiting often.

It’s all the more reason that we’re going to need to get this location up and running as fast as possible. I feel that a few more weeks and we’ll be ready to go. Where will be be opening next? Check my next blog to find out!

Thanks everyone, I’ll be out of the office for a few days after the holiday; but not sitting at home on a “staycation”…I’ll be working in Colorado and I’ll be in touch!

Thanks for reading, check out my next blog that’s coming this afternoon.

Best, Ryan

iPhone dropped into a Frosty. Tastes delicious!

Hello everyone,

I was sitting next to Melanie when she took a phone call from a customer that said that she dropped her iPhone into a Wendy’s Frosty and it stopped working…BUMMER!

Now don’t get me wrong, I love a Frosty from time to time, however I’ve never dropped anything into one – but I’m sure that I’ve dropped some Frosty on my shirt at some point!

frosty

So it becomes a question of “Can Mission Repair Fix it?”

The bottom line is that we can fix anything. In some cases, it can become too costly – I’ve used this example before – let’s say if it was run over by a truck. Yes it can be repaired, but if we have to replace EVERYTHING, we’d probably just advise our customer to obtain a new device altogether.

However thousands of times each month, we service, repair, and deliver devices back to happy customers repaired…which is why we are in business. Can we repair an iPhone that was dropped into a Frosty? You betcha. Want to get on our good side? Drop off your iPhone with an extra Frosty for me and I’ll take care of business 😉

Ok, after all of the Holiday food that I’ve been eating lately, I don’t need a Frosty right now. I need a salad.

To all of us that have overeaten a bit this holiday season; the New Year is right around the corner and my resolution will be announced soon. I’m thinking a new gym membership is in my future, maybe I’ll see you there.

Take care, Ryan
