News about the construction at our Mission Repair Express location…

Hello again, it’s been a busy blog morning!

My wife just forwarded this link to me. Some of our customers have inquired about the construction on Johnson Drive where our newest Mission Repair Express location is located.

You can click this video link to see the article and video.

It’s fortunate that our building is at the end of the construction area making it easier for customers to enter and exit our shop; however we feel for the entire city of businesses being hit hard by the diversion of traffic. We all knew that this city “revamp” was coming, but for those businesses that are 100% local like Twisted Sisters Coffee Shop it’s especially tough because they rely mostly on walk-in business…

We happen to be 2 doors down from Twisted Sister’s which is an awesome coffee and lunch spot. I LOVE their chicken salad when they have it!

As the video explains, the completion of the downtown Mission Shopping District is currently on schedule and will be 100% completed by November of this year. The bad part is that we have a couple more months of dust and debris; the good part is that we are going to have an amazing downtown area with new sidewalks, streets, landscaping and even electric car “recharge” parking stalls – which all adds up to a fun shopping experience for everyone.

Luckily we haven’t seen a decrease in business as of yet at Mission Repair Express; and we are OPEN in downtown Mission with our normal business hours. It’s what we do!

Take care Ryan

Hello again blog readers-

Did you notice that my title is in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS?

According to Wikipedia, typing in ALL CAPS means:

Short strings of words in capital letters appear bolder and “louder” than mixed case, and this is sometimes referred to as “shouting”.

And that’s how I want my title to be read. I’m shouting to you: “COUPON CODE INSIDE!” My apologies if you were trying to sleep, and I don’t want to wake the baby. It’s a fun shout out to you. Note that I am not trying to be forceful…just playful!

How can you take advantage of my playful mood? I just created a new coupon code called “July14” that will take $15 off you next repair order over $100. If you repair doesn’t make the $100 mark, find a friend, double up, do what you can – because I’d like to see you get the savings.

$15 off means that you can get the car washed, grab a bite to eat, see a movie, heck even buy a new DVD – on me. Use this coupon code when checking out online to get the $15 savings off of your next order of $100 or more. There’s a spot to enter coupon codes before you check out online– or just print a copy of this blog and bring it into one of our locations before Monday 7/14/14 to take advantage of the savings. It’s a gift from me to you.

Have a great weekend, Mission Repair is open for business!

Sincerely, Ryan
