Hi friends,
We spend an awful lot of time around the Mission Repair headquarters deciding on what to blog about next and when. There are days that I wonder if it’s worth the work – I mean we have to stop what we are doing, come up with a topic, write about it, proofread it (I know we make mistakes), make sure the links are working and post it. There are times that I try to get a blog posted (like this morning) but other issues throughout the day take precedence and inevitably take me off of my path.
This morning I received an email from James K., one of the Mission Repair Blog Subscribers…I’ll cut and paste the part that I found especially helpful:
“I like it when you blog, and I look forward to receiving an email with your entiries. Your personal stories interest me and I sometimes think that we have a lot in common. Your business seems like it is going very well and it’s great to hear that you’re expanding and growing. I appreciate what you have done for me, you fixed my iPhone 5 last December. Keep up the good work and I’m looking forward to your next special.
Sincerely, James K. Decatur, IL.
P.S. I need my iPad Mini fixed- can that be the special of the month for June?”
Well, just when I think “I wonder if it’s worth it”, I get an email like this from a blog fan and my question is answered. It is worth the work, it defines Mission Repair and separates us from the competition – because these kinds of emails drive me to continue and validate our efforts.
So thank you James for the awesome email. I know that I’ve already replied to you individually, but now I’m also commending you in front of all of our readers – there are over 800,000 unique readers by the way – I offer my sincere thanks for reaching out.
Take care everyone, and have a great day. I’ll be blogging about some great news so stay tuned because I feel that there might be an iPad Mini special coming soon. Just for you James…
Ryan
